Rajasthan Royals will kick-start their Indian Premier League 2024 campaign against the Lucknow Super Giants at the Sawai Mansingh Stadium in Jaipur in Sunday’s first match.

The RR vs LSG match on March 24 is scheduled to start at 3.30 PM IST. The IPL 2024 game will be available to watch on live streaming for free in India.

Yashasvi Jaiswal, Ravichandran Ashwin and Dhruv Jurel are back in the Rajasthan Royals squad after their successful stint with the Indian cricket team which beat England 4-1 in the recently concluded five-match Test series.

The Royals will miss the services of pacer Prasidh Krishna, who has been ruled out of IPL 2024 due to injury.

This will be the first time that Avesh Khan and Devdutt Padikkal face off against their old sides, after their trade swap before the IPL 2024 auction in December last year.

Chahal has been one of the most consistent performers in the IPL, breaching the 20-wicket barrier in a season five times including the last two years with the Royals, the most by any player.

The 33-year-old Chahal has also added another aspect to his bowling repertoire, death bowling. He has picked 25 wickets in the last two seasons of the IPL to be highest wicket-taker in overs 16-20.
