The 2nd edition of the Rajasthan Royals Cricket Cup, an inter-school cricket competition for U19 girls of Rajasthan featured over 50 schools, and 700+ participants across 8 major districts. The tournament was played from 5th September to 20th October 2023 in Rajasthan. With a squad of 14 members, each team from their respective districts participated in 10-over softball matches. The tournament saw the introduction of an innovative soft pink ball which has been designed in-house to ensure the participation of more girls at a starting level. The competition was first played at the district level in a knockout format between the schools from respective districts, post which one school from each district qualified for the Finals.
Udaipur Thunderbolts emerged victorious in the final that was held in Jaipur on the 19th and 20th of October. The momentous occasion was graced by our Chief Guests - Rajasthan Royals players Yashasvi Jaiswal and KC Cariappa, Former Rajasthan Royals player Pankaj Singh, Social Worker and Fashion Designer Ruma Devi, Cricket Ka Ticket winner Aditi Chauhan, and the Royals CEO, Jake Lush McCrum.
