Menstrual health management

The Foundation aims to raise awareness and reduce the stigma around menstrual health and hygiene, including spreading knowledge on the menstruation challenges faced by the LGBTQIA+ community.

  • Addressing taboos and stigma around menstruation.
  • Education and Awareness on the natural, biological processes.
  • Information and Training on Hygiene management.
  • For ensuring sustainability teachers would be sensitized to create a MHH friendly environment in the school.
  • Peer mentors would be trained for addressal ofMHM issues among girls.
  • Location of intervention: Pindwara and Sirohi blocks of Sirohi district.

Geriatric care

RR Foundation works with organizations that enable access to healthcare services with interventions either in mental health, early detection and screening of cancer and/or geriatric care.

  • In 2019, RR Foundation supported Shri Ram Vriddh Ashram Samiti in facilitating access to healthcare facilities for the elderly by providing a grant for the purchase of an ambulance.

Overview

RR Foundation had initiated Cancer Out campaign for early detection of cancer among women in May 2018 through a partnership with Government of Rajasthan and TATA Trusts. In 2019, RRF also supported Shri Ram Vriddh Ashram Samiti in facilitating access to healthcare facilities for the elderly by providing a grant for the purchase of an ambulance.
