In wake of the Corona Virus (COVID-19) outbreak, the start date of the Vivo Indian Premier League (IPL) 2020 season has been deferred to 15th April. The Board of Control of Cricket for India (BCCI) has decided to suspend the season as a precautionary measure.

The safety of the players, fans, management and everyone involved in the organisation of the IPL is of paramount importance. We at Rajasthan Royals are taking all necessary steps to safeguard the health of everyone concerned.

The BCCI will monitor the situation in the country closely with all the health and sports entities affiliated with the Government of India. We urge all our fans to stay safe and follow all preventive practices advised by the World Health Organisation.

We are working closely with the BCCI and other franchises and will share updates with you as and when further decisions are made.
