Manoj Badale is also the co-founder and managing partner of Blenheim Chalcot, an early stage investment group that actively manages a portfolio of fast growth ventures. Typically, these businesses are innovative leaders, creating a position based on a market or regulatory discontinuity in technology, financial services or media. Manoj was formerly a partner at Monitor Company, where he spent significant time in the UK, Europe and India. Manoj now divides his time between India and UK, where most of the group's businesses are located. Manoj is a graduate of the University of Cambridge. He was born in India and later on moved to UK.

Ranjit Barthakur is the Co-founder and Chairman of Globally Managed Services, based in Singapore and India, an early stage Company which focuses on the developing concept of Naturenomics™ which is helping nurture the interdependence between Nature and Economics. Ranjit was formerly CEO of Orange in India, during the formative years of cell phone revolution in India. He was one of the architects of the Wills Cricket Series both National and International in the 80's and early 90's and one of the early innovators of sponsorship marketing in India. He is also the Chairman of Operation Smile India focused on cleft care. Ranjit is a graduate from University of Guwahati, Assam, India in Economics.
