Royals batter Yashasvi Jaiswal has been included in Team India's squad for the upcoming World Test Championship Final against Australia, starting June 7 in London.

Jaiswal's late inclusion comes after opening batter Ruturaj Gaikwad, who was one of the three originally picked standby players, made himself unavailable due to his marriage. 

The Royals opener has had an incredible IPL 2023 season with the bat, where he finished with 625 runs - the most he's scored in a single season. Among his many memorable knocks were five swashbuckling half-centuries and a special maiden IPL hundred at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai, where his cricketing career took off a few years ago.
