Rajasthan Royals will host Punjab Kings in Match 67 of theIndian Premier League (IPL) 2025 season at theSawai Mansingh Stadium (SMS) in Jaipur on Friday, May 16.
This will be the Royals’ fifth and final fixture at the SMS stadium this season and their seventh and final home game in IPL 2025. The match vs PBKS will also be the Royals’ last match of the IPL 2025 league stage.
The Royals’ first two home outings, against Chennai Super Kings and Kolkata Knight Riders, were played at theACA Stadium in Guwahati.
The RR vs PBKS IPL 2025 match will begin at 7:30 PM Indian Standard Time (IST).

Sawai Mansingh Stadium IPL seats
Rajasthan Royals and Punjab Kings have squared off against each other 29 times in the IPL. The Royals lead the head-to-head record with 17 wins, while Punjab have 12 victories to their credit.
Earlier this season, the two sides clashed in New Chandigarh. Yashasvi Jaiswal top-scored in the match and helped RR post 205/4 before Jofra Archer produced a Player of the Match performance and finished with figures of 3/25 to help the Royals to a 50-run win.
Sawai Mansingh Stadium history
Established in 1969 and named after the former Maharaja of Jaipur, the Sawai Mansingh Stadium has been the Royals' home since the inaugural IPL season in 2008.
It has a seating capacity of almost 24,000 spectators and also witnessed Sohail Tanvir become the first player in IPL history to take a six-wicket haul while playing for the Rajasthan Royals against the Chennai Super Kings in 2008.
Recently, the venue witnessed Vaibhab Sooryavanshi become the youngest player to score a century in the IPL. The 14-year-old’s 35-ball ton against the Gujarat Titans was also the fastest IPL century by an Indian player and the second-quickest overall.

Fans heading to the stadium should note that parking is limited. Nearby bus stops include Rambagh Circle and Nagar Nigam Lal Kothi, while the closest railway stations are Gandhinagar, Bais Godam and Jaipur Junction.
