Ravindra Jadeja, Yashasvi Jaiswal and Dhruv Jurel, all part of the Rajasthan Royals set-up in the Indian Premier League, have been named in India's squad for the upcoming two-match SL vs IND Test 2026 series in Sri Lanka.
The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) announced the 15-member squad on Tuesday.
The Indian cricket team will also play a four-day practice match in Colombo from August 7 before the opening Test gets underway in Galle on August 15. The second Test will be played in Colombo from August 23 to 27.

One of India's greatest all-rounders, Ravindra Jadeja last featured in a Test during India's home series against South Africa in Guwahati in November last year.
The 37-year-old Indian ace has played 89 Tests, scoring 4095 runs, and heads into the Sri Lanka tour needing just two more wickets to reach the milestone of 350 Test wickets.
A member of Rajasthan Royals' inaugural IPL-winning side in 2008, Jadeja returned to the franchise ahead of the 2026 season and scored 266 runs at an average of 66.50 and a strike rate of 135.03 during the campaign.
The veteran also became just the second Indian all-rounder after Hardik Pandya to complete the double of 4000 runs and 200 wickets in T20 cricket during the season.
Yashasvi Jaiswal, meanwhile, recently starred for India in the ODI series against Afghanistan, where he marked his comeback in the 50-over format with a century.
The stylish left-hander has quickly established himself as one of India's premier Test openers, scoring seven centuries in 29 Tests at an average of 48.75. He is also one of only six Indian men's cricketers to score a century in all three international formats.
Wicketkeeper-batter Dhruv Jurel, meanwhile, retained his place after another impressive run in red-ball cricket.
Captaining India A during the recent unofficial Test series in Sri Lanka, the 25-year-old followed up an unbeaten 141 in the opening match with a composed 53 in the second.
Jurel has featured in 10 Tests for India, scoring 478 runs, including a career-best 125 against the West Indies last October.
Earlier this year, he also enjoyed his most productive IPL season with Rajasthan Royals, amassing 515 runs in 16 matches to finish as the franchise's second-highest run-scorer behind Orange Cap winner Vaibhav Sooryavanshi.
