Ravindra Jadeja and Yashasvi Jaiswal have been named in India’s squad for the three-match 2026 ODI series against New Zealand, scheduled to run from January 11 to 18.

The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) announced the squad for the three-match ODI series on Saturday.

The 37-year-old Ravindra Jadeja, who rejoined Rajasthan Royals ahead of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2026 season, is a veteran of 207 matches in the ODI format.

Since making his international white-ball debut in 2009, the left-handed all-rounder has picked up 232 wickets and has scored 2862 runs at an average of 32.89 and a strike rate of 85.92.

A former world No. 1 ODI bowler, Jadeja is currently the top-ranked all-rounder in Test cricket and 11th in the ODI all-rounders list. He was part of the Champions Trophy-winning Indian cricket team last year.

Jaiswal was RR’s highest run-scorer in IPL 2025 and will be a vital part of the squad for the 2026 season as well.

The opening match of the IND vs NZ ODI 2026 series will be played at the BCA Stadium in Vadodara on January 11. The second match will be held at the Niranjan Shah Stadium in Rajkot, with the final ODI scheduled at Indore’s Holkar Cricket Stadium.
