Ravindra Jadeja and Yashasvi Jaiswal have been placed in Grade A and B, respectively, in the players' list for BCCI Central Contracts 2025-26.
The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) announced its annual contracts on Monday.
All-rounder Ravindra Jadeja, who will represent Rajasthan Royals in Indian Premier League 2026, was one of only three players who were handed the top-tier Grade A contracts for next season after the BCCI opted to do away with A+ Grade.
Test and ODI skipper Shubman Gill and Jasprit Bumrah were the other two players who received Grade A contracts alongside Jadeja for the 2025-26 season.

Ravindra Jadeja, who is the top Test all-rounder in the ICC rankings, was also included in the select group of four players who were handed A+ Grade contracts last season.
The 37-year-old has retired from T20I cricket but is an important part of the national setup in Tests and ODIs.
Jadeja’s Royals teammate Yashasvi Jaiswal, India’s top-ranked Test batter at eighth spot, received a Grade B contract for the upcoming cricket season.
Jaiswal was also awarded a Grade B level annual contract by the BCCI last season.
Leg-spinner Ravi Bishnoi and wicketkeeper batter Dhruv Jurel were the other two players from the Royals’ squad to receive annual contracts for the 2025-26 season.
Both were awarded Grade C contracts, retaining their place in the category for a second successive season.
A former world No. 1 bowler in T20Is, Ravi Bishnoi recently earned his return to the Indian setup after being called up for the series against New Zealand, where he took three wickets in two matches.
Meanwhile, Dhruv Jurel also enjoyed a solid season with India and scored his maiden Test ton against the West Indies in October.
A total of 30 players received annual contracts from the BCCI for the 2025-26 season. While only three were included in the Grade A category, 10 were handed Grade B contracts with the remaining 16 players placed in Grade C.
The BCCI Central Contracts for the 2025-26 season will be valid for an annual cycle, having started on October 1st, 2025 and running till September 30th, 2026.
