The Super Royals Skipper and Vice-Skipper program is a new way for the most fanatic Super Royals members to attain super benefits. It’s designed to empower passionate fans to lead their local regional fan communities, host events, create engaging content, and amplify the Royals spirit across regions.

Super Royals Skippers:
- Organize at least 2 Super Royals exclusive events annually (at least 1 match screening and 1 additional fan activity such as turf cricket matches, fantasy leagues, charity events, etc.)
- Contribute high quality content at least twice a week in-season and around key events, once every month out-of-season and source high quality content from fans for the Super Royals social media pages
- Lead and build the Super Royals community in their region and drive fan engagement locally
- Activate regional fan squads and grow fan community participation

Super Royals Vice-Skippers:
- Create high quality content for the Super Royals pages yourself
- Assist Super Royals Skippers in growing engagement across the community
- Support Skippers in organizing events and managing regional activities
Together, Skippers and Vice-Skippers act as the connection between the Rajasthan Royals franchise and Royals fans in their regions.

For Super Royals Skippers:
- Player meet-and-greet opportunities (virtual or in-person)
- Exciting ticket benefits
- A matchday jersey, training jersey and a digitally signed mini bat
- 1 piece of signed merchandise

For Super Royals Vice-Skippers: - Meet-and-greet opportunity with Royals coach / support staff (virtual or in-person)

- Chance to become a skipper in the future

Anyone who is a passionate Rajasthan Royals fan and an active part of the Super Royals community can apply. Ideal candidates:
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills and a passion for engaging fans

- Are committed to promoting the Royals positively and growing the community in their region

An interest form will be circulated to Super Royals to gauge interest in joining as a Vice Skipper. Join as a Super Royals member first to be eligible to become a Vice Skipper in the future and stay tuned to our social media platforms for announcements.

Super Royals Skippers and Vice-Skippers will be evaluated twice a year.
The evaluation criteria will include:
- Successful execution of events like match screenings, cricket activities, and regional initiatives
- Content contributions and engagement on social media
- Overall impact in fostering a positive Super Royals fanbase and growing the member community
Performance reviews will help ensure transparency and continued growth within the program.

The Royals management will provide:
- Guidance and tools to help you successfully organize events and engage fans
- Access to resources to amplify engagement on social media
- Collaboration opportunities to ensure regional activations are impactful and aligned with the franchise’s vision
