TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR CONTEST

    • These terms and conditions ("Terms") shall be applicable for all contests conducted by RMPL.
    • Details of the ‘Royals HunaRR Manch Season 2 - PresenteRR Ki Khoj’' contest have been set out in Annexure A.
    • The fans shall have the right to participate in this fan engagement Contest (defined hereinafter) in relation to the Rajasthan Royals team ("Rajasthan Royals") organized and conducted by Royal Multisport Private Limited ("RMPL") and shall be promoted by Entertainment Network (India) Limited ("ENIL"), which owns and operates the radio brand "Radio Mirchi", ("Promotion Partner"). Participation to this Contest shall be subject to the fulfilment of the following conditions ("Participant"):
      1. The fan is a citizen and resident of India; and
      2. The fan is 18 (eighteen) years of age and is of sound mind; and
      3. The fan is currently residing in Rajasthan or has demonstrable Rajasthani roots, as may be determined by RMPL at its sole discretion.

        4. The fan will be required to provide valid address proof, such as Aadhar card, passport, or any other government-issued identification, to verify residency and age as and when required by RMPL.

    • As a Participant, you shall be bound by these terms and conditions ("Terms") and all such other policies, rules, regulations and terms of use referred to herein or may be prescribed by RMPL.
    • The fan hereby explicitly provides its consent to RMPL, as may be required under the relevant applicable laws:
      1. to collect, utilize, exploit, share and store such data and personal information relating to such fan;
      2. to share such data and personal information with third parties for marketing and advertising purposes; and
      3. to permit RMPL and/or its Promotion Partner to track the activities of the fan on all social media handles and to receive transactional and promotional updates and any other form of electronic communications including but not limited to by way of pop-ups, notifications, e-mails, WhatsApp notifications, messages, etc. from RMPL and other third parties.
    • The Participant shall not be permitted to register multiple Entries using the same contact details as a part of the Contest. RMPL shall have the right, at any time throughout the Term of the Contest, to verify the details provided by each Participant. Further, RMPL shall have the right to immediately suspend and disqualify any Participant from participating in the Contest if the Participant is found to use multiple identities/numbers to participate in the Contest.
    • This Contest shall be held at the discretion of RMPL and RMPL may, at any point of time and without any prior notice or intimation to fans or Participants, discontinue or modify this Contest. RMPL may, at its sole and exclusive discretion have the right to suspend the Participant(s) and restrict his/her participation in the Contest if:
      1. the Participant(s) are found to use multiple numbers and/or identities to participate in the Contest;
      2. the Participant(s) have entered multiple Entries for the Contest;
      3. if the Participant(s) provide unauthorized access to any third person to participate in the Contest for and on behalf of the Participant(s);
      4. the Participant(s) make any false claim for eligibility to avail prizes and entitlements;
      5. the Participant, through his/her actions and conduct causes any loss, harm, damage or disrepute to the reputation and the brand name carried by RMPL and/or the Rajasthan Royals team;
      6. the Participant(s) violate any of the terms and conditions laid down in these Terms or any policies, rules, regulations, orders or codes of the BCCI;
      7. if the Participant(s) provide any information which is found to be false, inaccurate or misleading; and
      8. if the Participant(s) are involved in any illegal or prohibited activity including any activity regarded as betting, gambling, wagering under applicable laws of India.
    • The Participant further undertakes and acknowledges that RMPL shall be the owner of and shall retain all intellectual property rights over the Contest, and any other content, information and documentation disclosed in connection with the Participant's participation in the Contest.
    • RMPL reserves the right to upload and post the names, photos, videos, Contest Material or such other audio-visual content of the Participant(s) of the Contest and undertake any activity including any promotion and marketing activity as RMPL may, in its sole discretion, deem fit, across all RMPL platforms and channels.
    • RMPL and/or its Promotional Partner shall have the right to upload, post, publish, broadcast, or otherwise use the names, photographs, videos, Contest Material or any other audio-visual content of the winning Participant(s) of the Contest for the purposes of marketing, advertising, promotion, and any other related activities, in any media now known or hereafter devised, without any further consent, consideration, or compensation to the winning Participants across all social media platforms.
    • RMPL shall, at any time during the term of the Contest and in its sole and exclusive discretion, be entitled to change, alter, amend or modify the terms and conditions relating to providing prizes to the winners.
    • The Participant acknowledges and understands that RMPL, will always be bound by and will be subject to the rules/regulations/ directives/ decisions of IPL/Board for Control of Cricket in India ("BCCI")/ International Cricket Council ("ICC") and/or any other concerned cricket governing body and/or any court/arbitrator/tribunal orders, rules/decisions/directives of government and quasi-governmental bodies. Thus, these Terms and the performance of the obligations of the Participant(s) and RMPL pursuant to these Terms shall be subject to the rules/regulations/ directives/ decisions of IPL/ BCCI/ ICC.
    • The Participant hereby agrees and acknowledges that the Participant(s) shall at all times and under all circumstances refrain from the usage of any language, terms, graphical, audio-visual or other representations (including speeches, defamatory reviews and defamatory and offensive emails, messages and public statements) which would result in any loss, harm, damage or disrepute to the reputation and the brand name carried by RMPL (including its affiliates, partners, associated entities, shareholders, directors, staff and employees).
    • The Participant further agrees that in the event that the Participant(s) undertake the usage of any language or representations which result in loss or disrepute to the reputation of RMPL (including its affiliates, associated entities, shareholders, directors, staff and employees), RMPL would be entitled to take such actions as would be considered appropriate including a breach of the terms of these Terms.
    • It is hereby clarified that RMPL shall not be liable for any loss, damage or destruction suffered on account of any delay or disruption in the Contest and/or inability of the Participant(s) to participate or avail the prize on account of occurrence of any force majeure event including but not limited to unavailability of any communication system, sabotage, fire, flood, explosion, accident, acts of God, civil commotion, pandemic (including but not limited to Covid-19), strikes or industrial action of any kind, riots, insurrection, war, pandemic, changes in the IPL schedules and the applicable regulations, the use or operation, as a means for inflicting harm, of any computer, computer system, computer software, computer software programme, malicious code, computer virus or process or any other electronic system or terrorism.
    • In the event of a breach of the Terms by any such Participant(s), RMPL may take any such action, as deemed appropriate, including (without limitation to) immediately taking all or any of the following actions:
      1. temporary or permanent suspension of the Participant's access to the Contest;
      2. filing of any suit, claim for damages or take any legal action available against the Participant(s) for breach of these Terms; and
      3. to undertake any and all such actions and remedies as may be available to RMPL under applicable law including filing a suit for claim for damages resulting from any losses suffered from the actions of the Participant in derogation of these Terms.
    • The prizes receivable by a Participant shall be non-transferable and non-assignable to any person other than the relevant Participant.
    • The prizes receivable by a Participant shall not be exchangeable for any other goods, services or cash. The winning Participant(s) shall be required to pay the relevant taxes and costs(if any) for the relevant prize components.
    • RMPL shall not be responsible for the quality, warranty, reliability or performance of the prizes given to the Participant(s).
    • RMPL shall also promote the Contest on all or such social media platforms, as RMPL may in its sole and exclusive discretion, through the accounts owned and operated by RMPL.
    • This Contest shall not be construed as a lottery. This Contest is a fan engagement exercise and shall not devolve any economic benefit to the Participants or the winners and does not involve any monetary consideration whatsoever.
    • RMPL shall store the Participant Information in conformance to the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its ancillary regulations ("IT Actl as the applicable provisions of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”), and any rules, regulations, or guidelines issued thereunder, as may be amended from time to time. RMPL shall accordingly observe all statutory safeguards and practices in the collection, processing, storage, and handling of all Participant Information, including compliance with applicable data protection laws, by implementing appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect such Participant Information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
    • RMPL shall process Participant Information only for lawful purposes connected with the administration of the Contest and related promotional and marketing activities. The Participant(s) hereby consent to such processing in accordance with applicable data protection law. The Participant(s) shall have the right to access, correct, and request erasure of their personal data, subject to applicable law. RMPL shall retain such personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted under applicable law.
    • It is hereinafter clarified that RMPL shall not be held responsible for any liability loss, damage or any other claim arising out of or in connection with the Contest.
    • These Terms shall be governed in accordance with the laws of India and the courts in Mumbai shall have the exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
    • In the event any provisions of these Terms are deemed as illegal or unenforceable under the provisions of any applicable law in force in India, the remaining clauses under these Terms shall continue to remain and have full force and effect unless such illegality and unenforceability violates the very basis of these Terms.
    • These Terms shall be read in conjunction with all such other policies, rules, regulations and terms of use referred to herein or may be prescribed by RMPL and such all other policies, rules, regulations and terms of use referred to herein or may be prescribed by RMPL.
    • The Participant(s) acknowledges that RMPL hereby reserves the right to add, modify, delete or otherwise change the provisions of these terms and conditions, the benefits and prizes arising from the Terms at any time as determined appropriate by RMPL, without any prior notification to the Participant(s).
    • These Terms shall be read in consonance with the terms & conditions for the RMPL website and the privacy policy for the RMPL website.

    • The “Royals HunaRR Manch Season 2 - PresenteRR Ki Khoj’” contest is a fan engagement and rewards programme ("Contest") which has been launched by RMPL and shall be promoted by its Promotion Partner. The Contest shall take place from 12:00 AM from April 17, 2026, to 23:59 PM, May 20, 2026 ("Term").
    • The Participant(s) may access the Contest in the following manner:
      1. The Participant(s) would be required to send a WhatsApp message to the mobile no. 7400440983 ("Contest Number"), which shall be operated by the Promotion Partner.
      2. The Participant(s) would be required to submit their entry in the form of a video recording in MP4 format, which shall be of a duration between 1 (one) minute and 3 (three) minutes, showcasing the Participant’s hosting/emceeing skills, stage presence, and audience engagement ability(“Entry”). RMPL reserves all rights to modify the duration, format, or any other criteria regarding the Entries, in its sole discretion, at all times.
    • Pursuant to submitting their Entry, the Participant(s) shall be required to provide personal details and information including but not limited to name(s), age(s), gender, e-mail address(es), contact number(s) registered with WhatsApp, valid address(es) proof of the Participants in Rajasthan and such other information as may be required by RMPL ("Participant Information"), in relation to the relevant Participant(s). The responses submitted by the Participant(s) shall be reviewed and considered by RMPL only upon the submission of the relevant Participant Information as required by RMPL. Upon submission of the required Participant Information, Participants shall be eligible to participate in the Contest.
    • The Entries must be submitted in the manner and format specified by RMPL within the stipulated deadline i.e. April 17, 2026, to May 13, 2026 ("Entry Period"). All Entries for this Contest must be sent to the Contest Number through WhatsApp during the Entry Period only. The Participant submitting the Entry via the Contest Number is solely responsible for ensuring that any and all individuals featured in the relevant video submitted as a part of their respective Entry, and have provided their express consent for inclusion. The Participant submitting the Entry shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RMPL from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or in connection with the inclusion of such individuals in the video and participation in the Contest.
    • All Entries must comply with the Terms and guidelines communicated by RMPL, and each Participant is permitted to submit only 1 (one) Entry. Failure to adhere to these Terms and/or submission of multiple Entries may result in disqualification. RMPL reserves the right to modify or terminate the Contest at any stage at its sole discretion.
    • The Participant(s) represent and warrant that all Entries are original, independently created by the Participant(s), and do not, in whole or in part, infringe upon any third-party rights, including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights. The Entry shall not contain any content that is plagiarized, defamatory, obscene, unlawful, misleading, or otherwise inappropriate or contrary to applicable laws or the guidelines prescribed by Royal Multisport Private Limited. Any violation of this provision may result in disqualification of the relevant Participant(s) at any time at RMPL's discretion.
    • If the Participant's Entry is selected by RMPL as a winner in the manner specified below, then the relevant winning Participant(s) will receive an opportunity to co-host before a live audience at the Sawai Mansingh Stadium during the relevant home matches played by the Rajasthan Royals team during the Indian Premier League ("IPL") 2026 in Jaipur, in the manner specified by RMPL. This will include co-hosting alongside the main emcee, engaging with fans, and leading in-stadia interactions, and shall be promoted by RMPL on a best-efforts basis via social media, and at RMPL’s sole discretion.
    • By submitting their Entry for this Contest, the Participant(s) shall ensure their availability to co-host/emcee on the relevant match dates i.e. April 25, 2026, May 01, 2026, May 09, 2026, and May 19, 2026, and/or any other date on which any of the match(es) may be rescheduled.The shortlisted Participant(s) shall also be required to attend mandatory rehearsals, briefings, and run-through sessions prior to the relevant match day in addition to interviews, or promotional activities, as scheduled by RMPL. Failure to attend such sessions may result in disqualification or replacement. 
    • Shortlisted Participant(s) may be required to participate in one or more audition rounds, which may be conducted virtually and/or physically at locations determined by RMPL. RMPL reserves the sole discretion to determine the format, evaluation criteria, and progression of such rounds. Any costs incurred for attending auditions, unless otherwise specified, shall be borne by the Participant(s).
    • A panel of judges appointed solely by RMPL shall review all Entries submitted by Participants and shall shortlist and select the winning Entries and the winning Participant(s) who shall co-host/emcee before or during any one ofdesignated RR home matches. It is expressly clarified that each winning Participant(s) shall co-host/emcee before only one RR home match, at RMPL's sole and absolute discretion. RMPL shall have the exclusive right and discretion to determine the number of Participants co-hosting before any RR home match, and to decide which Participant shall co-host/emcee before and/or during which RR home match (if any). The decisions of RMPL and its panel of judges in this regard shall be final, conclusive, and binding on all Participants, and shall not be subject to any appeal, or review in any manner whatsoever. RMPL shall, in its sole and exclusive discretion, declare the winners of the Contest, five days before the commencement of each designated RR home match during IPL 2026 or any other date as RMPL may determine at its sole discretion. It is hereinafter clarified that at no point in time shall the Contest or any part thereof be considered as a lottery under the applicable laws.
    • In addition to providing the winning Participant(s) with the opportunity to host during the designated RR home matches, RMPL shall, in its sole and exclusive discretion, provide the winning Participants with RR merchandise, i.e., one jersey and one mini bat. RMPL reserves the right to alter, modify and/or cancel any and/or all components of the prize at its discretion.  The Participants shortlisted as winners shall be sent a confirmation e-mail by RMPL ("Confirmation E-mail"). The shortlisted Participants shall be required to respond to the Confirmation E-mail within 24 hours ("Acceptance E-mail") failing which the shortlisted Participant shall forfeit their prize i.e. the opportunity to co-host/emcee prior to the relevant RR match, as designated by RMPL, and the relevant merchandise. RMPL shall, before providing the prize(s) to the Participants, have the right to verify the information submitted by such Participant(s).
    • The winning Participant(s) agree and acknowledge that by providing their Acceptance E-Mail, the winning Participant(s) accept the prize and unconditionally agree to co-host/emcee at the designated RR home match, as determined by RMPL, in addition to being available in person for any requirements RMPL may deem necessary in relation to the Contest. RMPL shall also provide intercity transport between Jaipur and the relevant city in Rajasthan for the winning Participant(s). RMPL reserves the sole discretion to determine the price, schedule and manner of transport which shall be provided for the winning Participant(s)'s intercity transport between Jaipur and the relevant city in Rajasthan for the winning Participant(s) in relation to the relevant RR home match with respect to the Contest. In the event accommodation is required to be provided for the relevant winning Participant(s), then RMPL shall facilitate the relevant accommodation for the winning Participant(s) for the Contest. RMPL reserves the sole discretion to determine the room, category, inclusions, hotel and location of the relevant hotels in Jaipur for the stay of the winning Participant during the relevant RR home match.
    • The winning Participant(s) shall report at the venue at the designated reporting time communicated by RMPL and comply with all instructions, scripts (if any), and production requirements shared by RMPL and/or its representatives.
    • In the event that a winning Participant fails to attend, is unable to perform hosting duties, or is deemed unsuitable at any stage (including during rehearsals or on-ground evaluation), RMPL reserves the absolute right to replace such Participant with another shortlisted Participant,without any liability or obligation, including compensation, to such Participant at all times.
    • All materials, content, and submissions of any nature created, submitted, recorded, captured, or otherwise generated in connection with the Contest, whether by the Participant(s), RMPL, Promotional Partner or any third party on behalf of RMPL, including but not limited to Entries, audition recordings, interviews, rehearsals, live hosting/emceeing segments, scripts, interactions, audio-visual recordings, photographs, behind-the-scenes footage, and any other content featuring or relating to the Participant(s) (collectively, “Contest Materials”), shall be the sole and exclusive property of RMPL.

      • The Participant(s) hereby irrevocably assign, transfer, and convey to RMPL all rights, title, and interest, including all intellectual property rights, in and to the Contest Materials, for the entire term of such rights and across all media, formats, and platforms. The Participant(s) further waive, any and all moral rights or similar rights in such Contest Materials and agree not to assert any claims against RMPL or its affiliates in respect thereof.

    • The winning Participant(s) expressly acknowledges that the opportunity to co-host/emcee is voluntary and does not carry any monetary value, and does not entitle the Participant to any compensation, fee, or reimbursement of any kind. The winning Participant further acknowledges that failure to perform or comply with the Terms of the Contest may result in forfeiture of the prize, disqualification, and/or any other action RMPL deems necessary under applicable laws.
    • The winning Participant(s) shall, at all times before, during, and after the co-hosting performance, comply with applicable laws, rules, and RMPL's guidelines and shall not engage in any misconduct, including but not limited to abuse, harassment, obscenity, or any act that may bring disrepute to RMPL. Any such misconduct shall result in immediate disqualification and potential legal action as aforementioned in the Terms. The winning Participant(s) shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RMPL, its affiliates, employees and representatives from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising from their conduct before, during, or after the performance and any content and/or statements they make in relation to the Contest, including but not limited to any violation of laws, misconduct, or breach of RMPL's terms. This indemnity shall survive the termination of the engagement.
    • By participating in the Contest, the Participant(s) hereby irrevocably grant and assign to RMPL and its Promotion Partner the unrestricted, perpetual, worldwide, transferable, and sublicensable right and license to record, film, photograph, interview, and otherwise capture their name, image, voice, likeness, appearance, and performance in connection with the Contest. The Participant(s) expressly consent to RMPL and/or its Promotion Partner using, reproducing, editing, adapting, modifying, publishing, broadcasting, communicating to the public, distributing, and otherwise exploiting such content, in whole or in part, across any and all media and formats, for all other lawful purposes, without any requirement of further consent, approval, or payment of any compensation, royalties, or fees.
    • The Participant(s) acknowledge and agree that all rights, title, and interest, including intellectual property rights, in and to such content shall vest solely and exclusively in RMPL. The Participant(s) further waive, to the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, any and all moral rights or similar rights in such content, and agree not to raise any claims, actions, or objections against RMPL, its affiliates, partners, employees, representatives, or the Promotion Partner in respect of the creation, use, or exploitation of such content.
    • The Participant(s) agree to comply with all safety, security, and access protocols of the stadium and RMPL. RMPL shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage suffered by the Participant(s) during the course of the Contest or related activities at all points of time.
