National, 27 March 2023: Royals Sports Group-owned franchise Rajasthan Royals today announced the signing of right-arm pacer Sandeep Sharma as a replacement player for the injured Prasidh Krishna, who has been ruled out for the upcoming IPL season.


The 2012 Under-19 Men's World Cup winner, Sharma, has joined the Rajasthan Royals squad in Jaipur ahead of the 16th edition of the IPL, which starts on 31st March 2023. The 29-year-old pacer from Punjab has taken part in 10 IPL seasons since making his debut in 2013 while representing multiple teams, and has picked up 114 wickets in 104 matches with an economy rate of 7.77, and will be a valuable addition to the Royals squad this season.


Rajasthan Royals welcomes him to the Royals Family for IPL 2023.
