TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR POWERR POTENTIAL CALCULATORR

These terms and conditions ("Terms") shall be applicable to the PoweRR Potential CalculatoRR (“CalculatoRR”) feature made available on the Rajasthan Royals App and/or website platform (“Platform”) by Royal Multisport Private Limited (“RMPL”) from May 5, 2026 to May 4, 2027 (“Term”).
By accessing or using the CalculatoRR, the user (“User”) agrees to be bound by these Terms and all applicable policies of RMPL.
The User represents that they are a citizen and resident of India, are at least 18 (eighteen) years of age, and are of sound mind.
The CalculatoRR allows Users to input certain personal and performance-related data including but not limited to age, gender, height, weight, jump performance, strength repetitions (push-ups, squats), and optional sprint time (“Input Data”) for the purpose of generating a performance score during the Term. The CalculatoRR does not require or collect any medical history, diagnosed health conditions, or other sensitive health data. RMPL shall not be liable for any User sharing any medical data in any manner whatsoever.
Based on the Input Data, the CalculatoRR generates outputs including but not limited to ‘Explosive Strength’, ‘Relative Strength’, ‘Speed Burst’, ‘Body Efficiency’, a composite PPI score (0–100), performance band classification, limiting factor identification, and indicative training recommendations (“Outputs”) during the Term.
The User acknowledges that all Inputs provided are self-reported and that RMPL does not verify, validate, or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of such Inputs. Accordingly, RMPL shall bear no responsibility or liability for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the Outputs, including, without limitation, those arising from incorrect, incomplete, or misleading Input Data at all times.
The User further understands and agrees that all Outputs generated by the CalculatoRR are algorithm-based estimates provided solely for general informational, engagement, and entertainment purposes. Such Outputs do not constitute, and must not be construed as, medical advice, fitness advice, professional training guidance, or diagnostic evaluation of any kind. The underlying scoring model and Outputs are not scientifically validated against professional athletic, medical, or clinical standards and may be subject to inherent limitations, estimation errors, or biases. RMPL expressly disclaims all liability arising from any use of, reliance on, or interpretation of the Outputs at all times.
RMPL does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or real-world applicability of any Outputs, nor does it guarantee any fitness results, performance improvements, or outcomes from reliance on such Outputs or recommendations at all times.
The User acknowledges that achieving any benchmark level, including but not limited to “Sooryavanshi Level,” is indicative only. Such achievement does not guarantee, imply, or represent that the User will match or replicate the performance, skills, or outcomes of any athlete. RMPL shall not be liable for any reliance placed on such benchmarks or for any resulting expectations or outcomes in any manner whatsoever.
Users are advised to consult a qualified medical practitioner or certified fitness professional before undertaking any physical activity, exercise program, or training routine. Nothing provided by RMPL, including without limitation any Outputs, shall be construed as a substitute for professional medical or fitness advice. RMPL expressly disclaims any and all liability arising from the User’s failure to seek such professional guidance or from reliance on any information provided through the CalculatoRR.
By using the CalculatoRR and/or acting upon any Outputs or recommendations, the User voluntarily assumes all risks associated with physical exercise and related activities, including risk of injury, illness, or adverse health outcomes. RMPL shall not be liable for any such consequences in any manner whatsoever.
The User agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RMPL, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in connection with the User’s access to or use of the CalculatoRR, including but not limited to misuse of the CalculatoRR, submission of false, inaccurate, or misleading Input Data, reliance on Outputs, breach of these Terms, violation of applicable laws, or any act or omission of the User. This obligation shall survive termination of these Terms.
The CalculatoRR is an engagement feature designed to enhance fan interaction and should not be interpreted as a scientific, medical, or professional assessment tool.
RMPL reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine, modify, or update the methodology, scoring logic, weightage, algorithms, performance bands, and presentation of Outputs at any time without prior notice.
The User retains ownership of the Input Data provided. However, by using the CalculatoRR, the User grants RMPL a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, , royalty-free, transferable and sublicensable license to use, process, analyze, reproduce, and exploit such Input Data and Outputs for the purposes of operating, improving, and promoting the CalculatoRR and associated engagement activities.
RMPL may use aggregated and anonymized data derived from User Inputs and Outputs for analytics, research, and benchmarking, provided that such data does not identify any individual User.
RMPL shall not be responsible for any failure, delay, interruption or error in the submission, processing or display of CalculatoRR due to technical issues, system failures, network issues or any other circumstances beyond its control. RMPL shall not be responsible for any unavailability, interruption or malfunction of the App or any third-party platform, including app stores, internet service providers, or device-related issues, which may affect participation in CalculatoRR
The User hereby explicitly provides its consent to RMPL, as may be required under the relevant applicable laws:
1. to collect, utilize, exploit, share and store such data and personal information relating to such User;
2. to share such data and personal information with third parties for marketing and advertising purposes; and
3. to permit RMPL to track the activities of the User on all social media handles and to receive transactional and promotional updates and any other form of electronic communications including but not limited to by way of pop-ups, notifications, e-mails, WhatsApp notifications, messages, etc. from RMPL and other third parties,subject to the User’s right to opt-out in accordance with applicable law.
In the event of a breach of the Terms by any such User(s), RMPL may take any such action, as deemed appropriate, including (without limitation to) immediately taking all or any of the following actions:
1. temporary or permanent suspension of the User's access to the CalculatoRR;
2. filing of any suit, claim for damages or take any legal action available against the User(s) for breach of these Terms; and
3. to undertake any and all such actions and remedies as may be available to RMPL under applicable law including filing a suit for claim for damages resulting from any losses suffered from the actions of the User in derogation of these Terms.
RMPL shall have the right, at any time throughout the Term of CalculatoRR, to verify the details provided by each User.
RMPL reserves the right to upload and post the names, photos, videos, or such other audio-visual content of the User(s) of CalculatoRR ,and undertake any activity including any promotion and marketing activity as RMPL may, in its sole discretion, deem fit, across all RMPL platforms and channels.
CalculatoRR shall be held at the discretion of RMPL and RMPL may, at any point of time and without any prior notice or intimation to Users, discontinue or modify CalculatoRR. RMPL may, at its sole and exclusive discretion have the right to suspend the User(s) and restrict his/her participation in CalculatoRR if:
1. if the User(s) provide unauthorized access to any third person to participate in the CalculatoRR for and on behalf of the User(s);
2. the User, through his/her actions and conduct causes any loss, harm, damage or disrepute to the reputation and the brand name carried by RMPL and/or the Rajasthan Royals team;
3. the User(s) violate any of the terms and conditions laid down in these Terms or any policies, rules, regulations, orders or codes of the BCCI;
4. if the User(s) provide any information which is found to be false, inaccurate or misleading; and
5. if the User(s) are involved in any illegal or prohibited activity including any activity under applicable laws of India.
It is hereby clarified that RMPL shall not be liable for any loss, damage or destruction suffered on account of any delay or disruption in the CalculatoRR and/or inability of the User(s) to participate on account of occurrence of any force majeure event including but not limited to unavailability of any communication system, sabotage, fire, flood, explosion, accident, acts of God, civil commotion, pandemic (including but not limited to Covid-19), strikes or industrial action of any kind, riots, insurrection, war, pandemic, changes in the IPL schedules and the applicable regulations, the use or operation, as a means for inflicting harm, of any computer, computer system, computer software, computer software programme, malicious code, computer virus or process or any other electronic system or terrorism.
The User acknowledges and understands that RMPL, will always be bound by and will be subject to the rules/regulations/ directives/ decisions of IPL/Board for Control of Cricket in India ("BCCI")/ International Cricket Council ("ICC") and/or any other concerned cricket governing body and/or any court/arbitrator/tribunal orders, rules/decisions/directives of government and quasi-governmental bodies. Thus, these Terms and the performance of the obligations of the User(s) and RMPL pursuant to these Terms shall be subject to the rules/regulations/ directives/ decisions of IPL/ BCCI/ ICC.
The User further agrees that in the event that the User(s) undertake the usage of any language or representations which result in loss or disrepute to the reputation of RMPL (including its affiliates, associated entities, shareholders, directors, staff and employees), RMPL would be entitled to take such actions as would be considered appropriate including a breach of the terms of these Term
The User explicitly consents to the collection, storage, processing, and use of their Input Data and associated metadata (including device information, timestamps, and platform usage data) for the purposes set out herein, in accordance with applicable laws including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
The User acknowledges that the Input Data may constitute personal data under applicable law and consents to its processing. RMPL does not intentionally collect sensitive personal data unless voluntarily provided by the User.
RMPL shall implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect User data; however, RMPL shall not be liable for unauthorized access, data breaches, or loss of data beyond its reasonable control.
The User(s) hereby consent to such processing in accordance with applicable data protection law. The User shall also have the right to withdraw consent for processing of personal data at any time, subject to applicable law, by contacting RMPL through the designated grievance or support channels. RMPL shall retain such personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted under applicable law. User data collected through the CalculatoRR shall be retained for a maximum period of 1 (one) year from the date of submission unless earlier deleted by the User or required to be retained under applicable law.
The User may choose to retake the CalculatoRR assessment, and RMPL may store multiple instances of Inputs and Outputs associated with the User for the duration specified above.
If RMPL becomes aware that a person under the age of 18 years has provided personal data without verifiable parental or guardian consent, RMPL reserves the right to delete such data and restrict access to the CalculatoRR.
If the User chooses to share their Outputs, scores or results on social media or other public platforms, such sharing shall be at the User’s sole discretion and risk. RMPL shall not be responsible for any consequences arising from such public disclosure.
Participation in the CalculatoRR does not create any right, expectation, entitlement, or claim to any reward, recognition, employment, endorsement, compensation or commercial opportunity with RMPL or its affiliates.
Nothing contained herein shall be deemed to create any partnership, agency, employment, or joint venture relationship between RMPL and the User.
RMPL reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the CalculatoRR at any time without notice if the User provides false information, engages in misuse, or violates these Terms or applicable laws.
RMPL reserves the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, or withdraw the CalculatoRR, in whole or in part, at any time without prior notice or liability.
RMPL shall not be liable for any failure, delay, interruption, or error in the functioning of the CalculatoRR due to technical issues, system failures, network problems, or any circumstances beyond its control.
RMPL shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, claim, or expense arising out of or in connection with the use of or reliance on the CalculatoRR or its Outputs.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India and the courts at Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising herefrom.
These Terms shall be read in conjunction with all such other policies, rules, regulations and terms of use referred to herein or may be prescribed by RMPL and such all other policies, rules, regulations and terms of use referred to herein or may be prescribed by RMPL
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
The User(s) acknowledges that RMPL hereby reserves the right to add, modify, delete or otherwise change the provisions of these terms and conditions, at any time as determined appropriate by RMPL, without any prior notification to the User(s).
These Terms shall be read in conjunction with RMPL’s general terms and conditions, and RMPL’s privacy policy.
