Monday’s contest will be the 22nd meeting between the two sides in IPL, and going by recent encounters, a runfest could be on the cards. When the teams last met at this venue in 2025, a staggering 528 runs were scored.
Sunrisers Hyderabad posted 286/6, while Rajasthan Royals responded with 242/6, powered by Dhruv Jurel's explosive 70 off 35 balls.
Rajiv Gandhi International Cricket Stadium, Hyderabad
The Rajiv Gandhi International Cricket Stadium in Uppal, located in the eastern part of Hyderabad, was established in 2004 and has a seating capacity of around 55,000.
It is also known as the Visaka International Cricket Stadium Ground or Uppal Stadium and has hosted IPL finals in 2017 and 2019.
Known for its batting-friendly pitches and modern facilities, it has also hosted several high-profile international matches, including games during the ICC Cricket World Cup 2023.
The match against SRH on April 13 will be the Rajasthan Royals’ fifth match in IPL 2026.
Under the revised IPL format introduced in 2026, the Royals and Sunrisers will meet twice in the league phase.
The reverse fixture is scheduled for April 25 at the Sawai Mansingh Stadium, which will also mark Rajasthan’s first home game of the season in Jaipur. RR’s previous three home fixtures were scheduled at the ACA Stadium in Guwahati.

Tickets for the SRH vs RR IPL 2026 match scheduled for Monday, April 13, will be available on the District by Zomato app and website.
Up to four tickets can be purchased per transaction. For larger requirements, bulk booking requests can be made by contacting bulkbooking@district.in
Entry to the venue is permitted for all age groups. However, IPL tickets are required for anyone aged two years and above.
Additionally, all persons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by and supervised by an adult who also has an IPL ticket for the match.
Once IPL tickets are added to the cart, customers have 10 minutes to complete their purchase.
After purchase, digital tickets (M-tickets) cannot be downloaded. Instead, they will be accessible only in the profile section of the District app.
The policy states that all IPL tickets are non-cancellable and non-refundable. Refunds will be issued only if the match is abandoned without a single ball being bowled.
