Dhruv Jurel registered the highest T20 score of his career after slamming 75 off 42 balls against Gujarat Titans to help Rajasthan Royals post 210/6 in their IPL 2026 match at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad on Saturday.
Coming into bat at 70/1 after the Royals lost Vaibhav Sooryavanshi in the seventh over, Jurel paced his innings expertly as he started cautiously and put up a 56-run partnership with Yashasvi Jaiswal.
He later added two more stands of over 30 runs each with Shimron Hetmyer and Ravindra Jadeja for the fourth and sixth wickets, respectively, to take RR past 200.
Jurel reached his fifth IPL half-century in just 30 balls before steering the Royals through a rough phase in the innings, where the inaugural champions lost three quick wickets.
He also provided some late fireworks before departing in the final over while trying to hit Mohammed Siraj for a boundary.

He also got off to a good start in RR’s IPL 2026 opener against Chennai Super Kings earlier in the week but was dismissed after scoring a quickfire 18 off nine balls.
This was Jurel’s highest score in IPL and T20 cricket. His previous best was 70, which he managed against Sunrisers Hyderabad in IPL 2025.
Dhruv Jurel now has 773 runs in 44 IPL matches, scored at an average of 29.73 and a strike rate exceeding 150.
