IPL 2027 Tickets Pre registration terms and Conditions

    • These terms and conditions (“Terms”) shall be applicable in relation to the Rajasthan Royals team (“Rajasthan Royals”/“RR Team”) fans who shall submit the IPL 2027 ticket pre-registration form (“Pre-Registration Form”) made available on the official website and mobile application of Rajasthan Royals (collectively referred to as the “RR Platforms”) to Royal Multisport Private Limited (“RMPL”). Rajasthan Royals is owned and operated by RMPL, and accordingly the Pre-Registration Form has been provided by RMPL to enable fans to register their interest in purchasing tickets to the home matches of the RR Team in Jaipur and/or Guwahati (or at any other venue designated as a home venue of the RR Team) during the Indian Premier League (“IPL”), 2027 (“Home Matches”). RMPL reserves the sole discretion to accept, reject or invalidate any submission of the Pre-Registration Form in accordance with these Terms.
    • These Terms shall be valid and applicable from 12:00 AM, November 5, 2026, and shall remain in effect until 11:59 PM, March 31, 2027 (“Term”), unless extended, modified, or terminated earlier at the sole discretion of RMPL. RMPL reserves the right and sole discretion to modify the duration of the Term or discontinue the Pre-Registration Form at any point of time without any prior notice.
    • All fans submitting their details through the Pre-Registration Form will need to adhere to the following conditions (“Fan”):
      1. The Fan is 18 (eighteen) years of age or above and is of sound mind;
      2. The Fan has provided accurate and complete details, including his/her own valid mobile number which the Fan is authorised to use; and
      3. The Fan shall register only once through the Pre-Registration Form. Only one registration shall be permitted per person, and any multiple or duplicate registrations by the same person (including by using different mobile numbers or details) may be rejected or invalidated at RMPL’s sole discretion.
    • Submission of the Pre-Registration Form by a Fan only indicates the Fan’s interest in receiving information about the sale of tickets to the Home Matches and any early access and does not guarantee the Fan's right to book any ticket, nor does it confirm or reserve any seat, stand or ticket for any particular match. The availability, category and price of tickets shall be subject to actual ticket availability and the applicable booking process. Submission of the Pre-Registration Form is free of charge and does not involve any payment or consideration in any form.
    • By submitting the Pre-Registration Form, the Fan acknowledges that pre-registration is only an expression of interest and does not reserve any ticket for the Fan. Fans who have validly pre-registered by the date notified by RMPL may receive from RMPL an access link, provided by the relevant ticketing partner, to a limited early access window before general sale, on the dates and conditions notified by RMPL. Early access is not guaranteed and, where offered, is subject to ticket availability and the relevant ticketing partner’s booking process. It does not guarantee the purchase of any ticket or give any Fan priority over other pre-registered Fans.
    • The Fan’s selection of the city (Jaipur or Guwahati) and section (general admission or hospitality) in the Pre-Registration Form is for informational purposes only and shall not constitute a confirmed selection, booking or reservation of tickets. Such information shall be used solely for sending relevant communications to the Fan. The match schedule, venues, ticket categories, pricing, seating, capacity and allocation shall be determined by RMPL, the IPL, the BCCI, and/or the relevant ticketing partner, and may change at any time without prior notice.
    • Only submissions that contain all mandatory information (full name, mobile number, city and section) and the Fan’s acceptance of these Terms and consent under Clause 13 shall be considered valid. Email address and pincode are optional and may be provided by the Fan after submission; not providing them shall not affect the validity of the pre-registration but may limit the channels through which RMPL can contact the Fan.
    • By submitting the Pre-Registration Form, the Fan agrees that RMPL (directly or through its authorised service providers or the relevant ticketing partners) may contact the Fan via SMS, email address (if provided), calls and WhatsApp, using the details provided, regarding the sale, availability, pricing, timing and early access (if any) of tickets to the Home Matches, including any access link, and related service information. Fans are encouraged to regularly check the official RR Platforms and the contact details they have shared for information on the ticket booking process. To purchase tickets, each Fan must follow the applicable booking process, including any instructions issued by RMPL or the relevant ticketing partner. Tickets are sold by the relevant ticketing partner. Any access link shared by RMPL is personal to the Fan, is valid only for pre-registered Fans, and does not guarantee the availability or purchase of tickets. Each Fan is solely responsible for using the access link within the notified early access window. RMPL shall not be liable for any inability of a Fan to access or use the access link or early access, or to purchase tickets, for any reason whatsoever, including any failure to use the access link within that window, limited or unavailable tickets, or any technical, network or platform issues. Once the Fan accesses the relevant ticketing partner’s platform, ticket purchases and any personal data collected there shall be governed by that partner’s own terms and privacy policy, and RMPL shall not be responsible for the same. The Fan may opt out of any communications at any time through the unsubscribe option or by writing to RMPL at support@rajasthanroyals.com .
    • On successful submission, the Fan may be issued a digital fan card bearing a serial number (“Fan Card”). The Fan Card is an acknowledgement of pre-registration only; it is not an entry ticket and shall not be valid for entry into any stadium or event. The Fan Card is personal to the Fan, is not transferable, and shall not be sold, offered for sale or used for any commercial purpose. The Fan may share an image of the Fan Card for personal, non-commercial purposes as permitted under Clause 15, but no benefit associated with the Fan Card may be transferred. The serial number on the Fan Card is for identification only and does not indicate any queue position, priority or entitlement to tickets. RMPL shall not be responsible for any use of the Fan Card by third parties or on third-party platforms.
    • RMPL reserves the right to cancel the Fan’s pre-registration and Fan Card, withdraw any early access, and/or take such other steps as may be appropriate, including informing the relevant ticketing partner, if:
      1. the Fan provides any information which is found to be false, inaccurate or misleading;
      2. the Fan sells, resells, transfers or offers for sale any access link, code, Fan Card or ticket, or is involved in unauthorised resale of tickets;
      3. the Fan, through his/her actions or conduct, causes any loss, harm, damage or disrepute to the reputation and brand name of RMPL and/or the Rajasthan Royals team;
      4. the Fan violates any of these Terms or any policies, rules, regulations, orders or codes of the IPL or the BCCI; or
      5. the Fan is involved in any illegal or prohibited activity, including any activity regarded as betting or gambling under applicable laws of India.
    • RMPL shall collect the following information from the Fan through the Pre-Registration Form: full name, mobile number, city and section preference and, if provided by the Fan, email address and pincode (“Fan Information”). Fan Information shall be used for: (i) registering the Fan’s interest and generating the Fan Card; (ii) communicating with the Fan about tickets and sharing any access link as set out in these Terms; (iii) verifying submissions and preventing duplicate, fraudulent or automated registrations and enforcing these Terms; and (iv) complying with applicable law. RMPL may share Fan Information with its authorised service providers and the relevant ticketing partner to the extent necessary in order to enable for these purposes, and with the relevant ticketing partner to the extent necessary to enable early access and enforce these Terms.
    • The collection, handling, storage, processing and disposal of all Fan Information shall be carried out in compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the Information Technology Act, 2000, and all applicable rules, amendments, guidelines and related data-protection regulations (“Applicable Data Protection Laws”). RMPL shall implement appropriate safeguards as required under the Applicable Data Protection Laws, including appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect Fan Information from unauthorized access or misuse, and shall comply with all applicable provisions, rules, and obligations under the Applicable Data Protection Laws. Any Fan Information provided by the Fan shall be used solely for the purposes specified in these Terms and only for the duration of the Term. Fan Information may thereafter be retained for the period set out in Clause 13(c) for record-keeping and legal compliance purposes, after which it will be deleted unless applicable law requires otherwise. The Fan may withdraw consent, exercise his/her rights under the Applicable Data Protection Laws or raise a grievance through support@rajasthanroyals.com. Once consent is withdrawn, the Fan’s pre-registration will end and RMPL will stop contacting the Fan about tickets.
    • By ticking the consent box and submitting the Pre-Registration Form, the Fan hereby explicitly provides his/her free, specific, informed and voluntary consent to RMPL, as may be required under Applicable Data Protection Laws:
      1. to collect, store, use and process the Fan Information for the purposes set out in these Terms, and to share it with its authorised service providers and the relevant ticketing partner for those purposes;
      2. to contact the Fan via SMS, email address (if provided), calls and WhatsApp regarding tickets to the Home Matches, as set out in these Terms; and
      3. to retain the Fan Information for up to 1 (one) year from the date of submission of the Pre-Registration Form, in accordance with applicable law, RMPL’s Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
    • The Fan acknowledges that RMPL shall always be bound by and subject to the rules, regulations, directives and decisions of the IPL, the BCCI, the International Cricket Council (“ICC”) and/or any other concerned cricket governing body, and any court, arbitrator or tribunal orders and directives of government. These Terms, and the sale of tickets to the Home Matches, shall be subject to the same. Any Home Match or any aspect of the ticketing process may be modified, rescheduled, relocated or cancelled at any time, including as directed by the IPL, the BCCI or any competent authority, without prior notice and without any liability on the part of RMPL to the Fan
    • RMPL owns and retains all intellectual property rights in the RR Platforms, the Pre-Registration Form, the design of the Fan Card and the names, logos, marks and intellectual property of Rajasthan Royals. The Fan is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and share the Fan Card solely for personal, non-commercial fan purposes, and, except as expressly permitted above, shall not alter, reproduce or otherwise exploit any such intellectual property.
    • In the event of a breach of these Terms by any Fan, RMPL may take any such action as it deems appropriate, including immediately taking all or any of the following actions:
      1. cancelling the Fan’s pre-registration and Fan Card, withdrawing any early access, and informing the relevant ticketing partner accordingly;
      2. filing any suit, claim for damages or taking any legal action available against the Fan for breach of these Terms; and
      3. undertaking any and all such actions and remedies as may be available to RMPL under applicable law.
    • The Fan(s) agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless RMPL, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees and partners from and against any and all losses, claims, damages, liabilities, costs or expenses arising out of or in connection with: (i) any breach of these Terms or applicable law by the Fan; and (ii) any statement, publication, conduct or representation made by the Fan that causes harm or disrepute to RMPL or its affiliates.
    • The Fan acknowledges that RMPL reserves the right to add, modify, delete or otherwise change the provisions of these Terms at any time as determined appropriate by RMPL, without prior notification to the Fan. The updated Terms shall be made available on the RR Platforms. However, any change to the purposes for which Fan Information is processed shall be notified to the Fan and, where required under the Applicable Data Protection Laws, shall be subject to the Fan’s fresh consent.
    • These Terms shall be governed in accordance with the laws of India and the courts in Mumbai shall have the exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
    • In the event any provisions of these Terms are deemed illegal or unenforceable under the provisions of any applicable law in force in India, the remaining clauses under these Terms shall continue to remain and have full force and effect unless such illegality or unenforceability violates the very basis of these Terms.
    • These Terms shall be read in consonance with the terms & conditions and the privacy policy applicable to the RR Platforms, available at [links]. In the event of any conflict in relation to the Pre-Registration Form, these Terms shall prevail.
