Terms & Conditions for contest

These terms and conditions ("Terms") shall be applicable for all contests conducted by RMPL. Details of the relevant Contest(s) (defined hereinafter) have been set out in the relevant annexure(s)below.
The fans shall have the right to participate in the relevant fan engagement Contest(s) in relation to the Rajasthan Royals team ("Rajasthan Royals/RR") organized and conducted by Royal Multisport Private Limited ("RMPL"), subject to the fulfilment of the following conditions ("Participant"):
- The Participant is a citizen and resident of India; and
- The Participant is 18 (eighteen) years of age or above and is of sound mind.
As a Participant, you shall be bound by these Terms at all times and all such other policies, rules, regulations and terms of use referred to herein or as may be prescribed by RMPL.
The Participant(s) hereby explicitly provide its consent to RMPL, as may be required under the relevant applicable laws:
- to collect, utilize, exploit, share, and store such data and personal information relating to such Participant(s) for the relevant duration(s) under applicable laws;
- to share such data and personal information with third parties for marketing and advertising purposes; and
- to permit RMPL to track the activities of the Participant(s) on all social media handles and to receive transactional and promotional updates and any other form of electronic communications including but not limited to by way of pop-ups, notifications, e-mails, WhatsApp notifications, messages, etc. from RMPL and other third parties.
The Participant(s) shall not be permitted to register multiple entries using the same profile, contact details, identification, or provide multiple responses in relation to any of the activity as a part of the relevant Contest. RMPL has the right, at any time throughout the Term of the relevant Contest, to verify the details provided by each Participant. Further, RMPL shall have the right to immediately suspend and disqualify any Participant from participating in the relevant Contest, if the relevant Participant is found to use multiple identities/fan profiles to participate in the relevant Contest.
Each Contest shall be held at the discretion of RMPL and RMPL may, at any point of time and without any prior notice or intimation to fans or Participant(s), discontinue or modify any Contest. RMPL may, at its sole and exclusive discretion have the right to suspend the relevant Participant and restrict his/her participation in the relevant Contest if:
- the Participant is found to use multiple identities/fan profiles to participate in the relevant Contest;
- the Participant has entered multiple responses for any of the questions;
- if the Participant provides unauthorized access to any third person to participate in the relevant Contest for and on behalf of the Participant;
- the Participant makes any false claim for eligibility to avail prizes and entitlements;
- the Participant, through his/her actions and conduct causes any loss, harm, damage or disrepute to the reputation and the brand name carried by RMPL and/or the Rajasthan Royals team;
- the Participant violates any of the terms and conditions laid down in these Terms or any policies, rules, regulations, orders or codes of the BCCI;
- if the Participants provides any information which is found to be false, inaccurate or misleading; and
- if the Participant is involved in any illegal or prohibited activity including any activity regarded as betting, gambling, wagering under applicable laws of India.
The Participant(s) further undertake and acknowledge that RMPL shall be the owner of and shall retain all intellectual property rights over the relevant Contest, and any other content (including without limitation any content in any format submitted by the Participant(s)), information and documentation disclosed in connection with the Participant's participation in the relevant Contest.
RMPL reserves the right to upload and post the names, photos, videos or such other audio-visual content provided by and/or of the relevant winner(s) of the relevant Contest and undertake any activity including any promotion and marketing activity as RMPL may, in its sole discretion, deem fit, across all RMPL platforms and channels.
RMPL shall, at any time during the term of the relevant Contest and in its sole and exclusive discretion, be entitled to change, cancel, alter, amend or modify the terms and conditions relating to providing prizes to the winning Participant(s).
The prize(s) shall be delivered by RMPL, if applicable, only within the territory of India, at the address provided by the Participant(s), while registering for the relevant Contest within 2(two) days of the receipt of the Acceptance E-mail from the winner(s), or at the relevant location(s) specified by RMPL. RMPL reserves the sole discretion to determine the relevant manner and location at which the prize(s) shall be provided to the winner(s). Any tax(es) which may be payable for receiving the prize(s), if any, shall be payable by the relevant winner(s). All costs and expenses for logistics and delivery of the prize(s) shall be borne by RMPL.
The Participant(s) acknowledges and understands that RMPL, will always be bound by and will be subject to the rules/regulations/ directives/ decisions of IPL/Board for Control of Cricket in India ("BCCI")/ International Cricket Council ("ICC") and/or any other concerned cricket governing body and/or any court/arbitrator/tribunal orders, rules/decisions/directives of government and quasi-governmental bodies. Thus, these Terms and the performance of the obligations of the Participant(s) and RMPL pursuant to these Terms shall be subject to the rules/regulations/ directives/ decisions of IPL/ BCCI/ ICC.
The Participant(s) hereby agree and acknowledge that the Participant(s) shall at all times and under all circumstances refrain from the usage of any language, terms, graphical, audio-visual or other representations (including speeches, defamatory reviews and defamatory and offensive emails, messages and public statements) which would result in any loss, harm, damage or disrepute to the reputation and the brand name carried by RMPL (including its affiliates, associated entities, shareholders, directors, staff and employees). The Participant(s) further agrees that in the event that the Participant(s) undertake the usage of any language or representations which result in loss or disrepute to the reputation of RMPL (including its affiliates, associated entities, shareholders, directors, staff and employees), RMPL would be entitled to take such actions as would be considered appropriate including a breach of the terms of these Terms.
It is hereby clarified that RMPL shall not be liable for any loss, damage or destruction suffered on account of any delay or disruption in the relevant Contest and/or inability of the relevant Participant to participate or avail the prize on account of occurrence of any force majeure event including but not limited to unavailability of any communication system, sabotage, fire, flood, explosion, accident, acts of God, civil commotion, pandemic (including but not limited to Covid-19), strikes or industrial action of any kind, riots, insurrection, war, pandemic, changes in the IPL schedules and the applicable regulations, the use or operation, as a means for inflicting harm, of any computer, computer system, computer software, computer software programme, malicious code, computer virus or process or any other electronic system or terrorism.
In the event of a breach of the Terms by any such Participant, RMPL may take any such action, as deemed appropriate, including (without limitation to) immediately taking all or any of the following actions:
- temporary or permanent suspension of the relevant Participant's access to the relevant Contest;
- filing of any suit, claim for damages or take any legal action available against the relevant Participant for breach of these Terms; and
- to undertake any and all such actions and remedies as may be available to RMPL under applicable law including filing a suit for claim for damages resulting from any losses suffered from the actions of the relevant Participant in derogation of these Terms.
The prize(s) receivable by a Participant shall be non-transferable and non-assignable to any person other than the relevant Participant.
The prize(s) receivable by a Participant shall not be exchangeable for any other goods, services or cash.
RMPL shall not be responsible for the quality, warranty, reliability or performance of the prize(s) given to the Participant(s). Further, RMPL shall not be held liable for any damages, loss of life, disability, injuries, losses, or any other claim arising out of or in connection with any of the prize(s), which shall be provided to the relevant winning Participant(s) and/or the guest(s) (if applicable for the relevant Contest)(s).
RMPL shall also promote the relevant Contest on all or such social media platforms, as RMPL may determine in its sole and exclusive discretion, through the accounts owned and operated by RMPL.
The Participant(s) shall not post or publish any content related to the Contest or the prize(s), including without limitation on any social media platforms, without RMPL's prior written consent, and shall in all such cases tag the official Rajasthan Royals social media handles as may be directed by RMPL.
Any Contest shall not be construed as a lottery. All Contest(s) are fan engagement exercise(s) and shall not devolve any economic benefit to the Participant(s) or the winning Participant(s) and does not involve any monetary consideration whatsoever.
RMPL shall store the Participant Information in conformance to the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its ancillary regulations ("IT Act"), and all applicable laws, and shall accordingly observe all statutory safeguards and practices in the storage, collection, processing, handling and disposal of all Participant Information including compliance to the data protection laws under the relevant provisions of the IT Act, and all applicable laws, by implementing practical technical and organizational measures to protect such Participant Information against any unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction
It is hereinafter clarified that RMPL shall not be held responsible for any liability loss, damage or any other claim arising out of or in connection with the relevant Contest.
These Terms(including all Contests) shall be governed in accordance with the laws of India and the courts in Mumbai shall have the exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
In the event any provisions of these Terms are deemed as illegal or unenforceable under the provisions of any applicable law in force in India, the remaining clauses under these Terms shall continue to remain and have full force and effect unless such illegality and unenforceability violates the very basis of these Terms.
These Terms shall be read in conjunction with all such other policies, rules, regulations and terms of use referred to herein or may be prescribed by RMPL.
The Participant(s) acknowledge that RMPL hereby reserves the right to add, modify, delete or otherwise change the provisions of these Terms, the benefits and prizes arising from the Terms at any time as determined appropriate by RMPL, without any prior notification to the Participant(s).
All capitalized terms used herein shall have the meanings ascribed to them in these terms and conditions, unless otherwise expressly stated. All annexures attached hereto shall form an integral part of these Terms and shall be read in conjunction with the main body of these Terms.
These Terms shall be read in consonance with the terms & conditions for the RMPL website and the privacy policy for the RMPL website.

The QuizzeRR contest is a fan engagement and rewards programme ("Contest") launched by RMPL, that will be accessible on RMPL's application ("RR App"), and on RMPL's official website (rajasthanroyals.com) ("RR Website"), which are owned and operated by RMPL. The Contest shall be conducted from April 1, 2025, until the end of the IPL Season 18, 2025 ("Term").
The fan(s) may access the Contest via the RR Website or RR App, which shall, throughout the Term, display a banner containing a link to access this Contest. The relevant fan shall be required to log into their existing RR profile, or create a new RR profile by submitting the relevant personal details and information to RMPL, which shall include but not be limited to name, age, gender, e-mail address, contact number registered with WhatsApp, and a valid address of the relevant fan in India, and any other information in the manner specified and required by RMPL from time to time ("Participant Information").
The fan(s) shall provide their acceptance to participate in the Contest as Participant(s), by logging into their respective RR profile(s), and submitting their first entry to the Contest. The Participant(s) shall be required to log into their RR profile on the RR App or RR Website, and submit their answers to the 6(six) questions in relation to topics including but not limited to cricket, which shall be provided by RMPL as a part of the Contest, on a weekly basis, and shall be determined by RMPL in its sole and exclusive discretion. It is hereinafter clarified that the Participant(s) shall be only permitted to provide 1(one) response for each question provided to the Participant(s). RMPL reserves the sole right and discretion to amend the submission criteria, timelines and process for conducting the Contest at any point of time.
The Participant(s) with all correct answers shall earn points in accordance with the pre-determined rules, which shall be provided by RMPL and shall be in accordance with the sole and exclusive discretion of RMPL. The leaderboards shall be accordingly maintained on the basis of the points earned by the Participant(s). RMPL shall, in its sole and exclusive discretion, declare such number of winner(s) of the Contest through RMPL's social media channels on any such date(s) as RMPL may determine. It is hereinafter clarified that at no point in time shall the Contest or any part thereof be considered as a lottery under the applicable laws.
RMPL shall, in its sole and exclusive discretion, provide Rajasthan Royals merchandise as prize(s) to the Participant(s) who are selected as winners. The Participant(s) shortlisted as winner(s) shall be sent a confirmation e-mail by RMPL ("Confirmation E-mail"). The shortlisted Participant(s) shall be required to respond to the Confirmation E-mail within 24(twenty-four) hours ("Acceptance E-mail"), with their address details for dispatching the prize(s), failing which the shortlisted Participant(s) shall forfeit their prize(s). RMPL shall, before providing the prize(s) to the Participant(s), have the right to verify the information submitted by such Participant(s).
Details of the prize(s) for the winner(s) shall be as per the terms and conditions set out in the Terms.RMPL reserves all rights to alter and/or cancel the Contest and/or prize(s) at any point of time. RMPL reserves the sole discretion to determine the type, quantity, and/or any other specifications of the prize(s), as well as the frequency at which RMPL may provide the relevant prize(s) to the winning Participant(s) at its sole discretion.

The Predictor contest is a fan engagement and rewards programme ("Contest") launched by RMPLon RMPL's application ("RR App"), and on RMPL's official website (rajasthanroyals.com) ("RR Website"), which are owned and operated by RMPL. The Contest shall be conducted from March 20, 2025, until the end of the IPL Season 18, 2025 ("Term").
The fan(s) may access the Contest via the RR Website or RR App, which shall, throughout the Term, display a banner containing a link to access this Contest. The fan shall be required to log into their existing RR profile, or create a new RR profile by submitting the relevant personal details and information to RMPL, which shall include but not be limited to name, age, gender, e-mail address, contact number registered with WhatsApp, and a valid address of the fan in India, and any other information in the manner specified and required by RMPL from time to time ("Participant Information").
The fan(s) shall provide their acceptance to participate in the Contest as Participant(s), by logging into their respective RR profile(s), and submitting their first entry to the Contest.
Each Participant shall be required to submit 6(six) predictions as a part of their entry in relation to the relevant RR match(es) that shall be conducted during IPL Season 18 in relation to topics, which include but are not limited to the outcome of the relevant RR match(es), performance of the relevant players and/or events that may take place in the relevant RR match(es), in the manner specified by RMPL. It is hereinafter clarified that the Participant(s) shall be permitted to make only 6 (six) predictions as a part of their entry for each RR match, and the Participant(s) must submit their entry as a part of the Contest, before the commencement of the relevant RR match(es), in the manner specified by RMPL. RMPL reserves the sole right and discretion to amend the submission criteria, timelines and process for conducting the Contest at any point of time.
Each Participant(s) shall earn 100 (hundred) points for each correct prediction. The leaderboards shall be tallied on the basis on the points earned for each correct prediction by the Participant(s) in the Contest as per the pre-determined rules which shall be provided by and shall be in accordance with the sole and exclusive discretion of RMPL. The Participant(s) with all correct predictions shall be segregated into a separate pool, out of which, a select number of winner(s) shall be randomly selected through a computerized selection process from the pool of segregated Participant(s). RMPL shall, in its sole and exclusive discretion, declare such number of winning Participant(s) of the Contest through RMPL's social media channels on any such date(s) as RMPL may determine. It is hereinafter clarified that at no point in time shall the Contest or any part thereof be considered as a lottery under the applicable laws.
RMPL shall, in its sole and exclusive discretion provide Rajasthan Royals merchandise as prize(s) to the Participant(s) who are selected as winner(s). RMPL reserves all rights to alter and/or cancel this Contest and/or prize(s) at any point of time. RMPL reserves the sole discretion to determine the type, quantity, and/or any other specifications of the prize(s) which RMPL may provide to the winning Participant(s) for this at its sole discretion.

The Alan Walker contest is a fan engagement and rewards programme ("Contest") launched by RMPL, that will be on RMPL's official website (rajasthanroyals.com) ("RR Website") and RMPL's official application ("RR App"), which are owned and operated by RMPL, from 12:00 AM from April 4, 2025 to May 16, 2025 till 23:59 pm ("Term").
All new fans who shall sign-up and log in as members on the RR Website or RR App between 12,00 AM on April 4, 2025 to 23:59 PM on April 17, 2025("Entry Period") will be eligible to participate in this Contest as Participant(s), and will be required to take the following actions in order to submit their respective entry for the Contest in accordance with the Terms.
The Participant(s) shall be required to create a new RR profile during the Entry Period, by submitting the relevant personal details and information to RMPL, which shall include but not be limited to name, age, gender, e-mail address, contact number registered with WhatsApp, a valid address of the relevant Participant in India and such other information as may be required by RMPL and/or as a part of a form which shall be provided by RMPL during the Entry Period("Participant Information"). RMPL may request additional information, and the Participant(s) must ensure that all information submitted is accurate and complete. The Participant will need to ensure that the they have answered the relevant question and adhered to the sign-up process in the manner specified by RMPL.
The Participant(s) shall provide their acceptance to participate in the Contest as a Participant, by logging into their RR profile, filling in the relevant form details and selecting and submitting the correct response to the relevant question provided by RMPL as a part of the Contest, in the specified format that may be determined by RMPL in its sole and exclusive discretion. It is hereinafter clarified that each Participant shall be only permitted to provide one response to the relevant question provided to the Participant.
All submissions must comply with the guidelines communicated by RMPL, and each Participant is permitted to submit only 1 (one) entry. Failure to adhere to these terms or submission of multiple entries may result in disqualification. RMPL reserves the right to modify or terminate the Contest at any stage at its sole discretion.
The Participant(s) who have selected the correct answer shall be segregated into a separate pool, out of which 1(one) winner shall be randomly selected through a computerized selection process from the pool of segregated Participants. RMPL shall, in its sole and exclusive discretion, declare the winner of the Contest on April 19, 2025, or such other date as RMPL may determine. It is hereinafter clarified that at no point in time shall the Contest or any part thereof be considered as a lottery under the applicable laws.
RMPL shall, in its sole and exclusive discretion provide the winning Participant with the following prizes a) two ticket to the Rajasthan Royals versus Gujarat Titans match on April 28, 2025, and/or b) two tickets to the Alan Walker Concert which is scheduled to take place in Jaipur on April 20, 2025. RMPL reserves the right to substitute the specified RR match with any other RR home match, and to determine or alter, at its sole discretion, the number, type, category, and location of seats for both the relevant RR home match and/or Alan Walker concert tickets. RMPL further reserves the right to cancel, replace, or modify the prizes, in whole or in part, at any time without prior notice and without incurring any liability.
The Participant shortlisted as the winning Participant shall be sent a confirmation e-mail by RMPL ("Confirmation E-mail"). The shortlisted Participant shall be required to respond to the Confirmation E-mail within 24 hours ("Acceptance E-mail") failing which the shortlisted Participant shall forfeit their prize. By providing the aforementioned acceptance email, the winning Participant shall ensure their availability at all times as may be required for availing the aforementioned prize(s), including but not limited to travel and attendance on the relevant match and/or concert dates, as intimated by RMPL. The winning Participant further consents to RMPL and its affiliates capturing and using their name, image, voice, video, and/or likeness (including any behind-the-scenes content) in any media format for promotional, marketing, or advertising purposes related to the Contest, without any consideration.The winning Participant shall not post or publish any content related to the Contest or the prize(s), including without limitation on any social media platforms, without RMPL's prior written consent, and shall in all such cases tag the official Rajasthan Royals social media handles as may be directed by RMPL. RMPL shall, before providing the prizes to the Participant, have the right to verify the information submitted by such Participant.
It is hereinafter clarified that RMPL shall only provide the aforementioned prizes in clause 7, as applicable, to the winning Participant. The winning Participant shall be solely responsible for all ancillary costs associated with availing or using the prize, including but not limited to travel, accommodation, and local transportation.

The Missed Call contest is a fan engagement and rewards programme ("Contest") launched by RMPL, that will be accessible on RMPL's official website (rajasthanroyals.com) ("RR Website"), which is owned and operated by RMPL. The Contest shall be conducted from April 10, 2025, until the end of the IPL Season 18, 2025 ("Term").
The fan(s) may access the Contest by calling the toll-free number i.e. 8500232323("Missed Call Number") during the Term or within any other duration specified by RMPL. Pursuant to calling the Missed Call Number, the fan will receive a callback from the Missed Call Number, which may feature a recording of the audio likeness of the relevant RR player selected as per RMPL's discretion. Pursuant to completion of the callback, the fan will receive an SMS from the Missed Call Number, which will direct the fan to the relevant Contest Page on the RR Website. The relevant fan shall be required to log into their existing RR profile, or create a new RR profile by submitting the relevant personal details and information to RMPL, which shall include but not be limited to name, age, gender, e-mail address, contact number registered with WhatsApp, and a valid address of the relevant fan in India, and any other information in the manner specified and required by RMPL from time to time ("Participant Information"). The fan(s) agree and acknowledge that by calling the Missed Call Number, the fan(s) are expressly providing their consent to receive a callback and receive the relevant SMS communications from the Missed Call Number and/or any other number which may be selected by RMPL at any point of time, with respect to communications pertaining to this Contest.
The fan(s) shall provide their acceptance to participate in the Contest as Participant(s), by calling the Missed Call Number, accessing the Contest link provided via SMS and logging into their respective RR profile(s), and submitting their sole entry to the Contest within the timelines provided by RMPL. The Participant(s) shall be required to log into their RR profile on the RR Website and select and submit the correct answer to the question which shall be provided by RMPL and shall be determined by RMPL in its sole and exclusive discretion. It is hereinafter clarified that the Participant(s) shall be only permitted to provide 1(one) response to the relevant question provided to the Participant(s). RMPL reserves the sole right and discretion to amend the submission criteria, timelines and process for conducting the Contest at any point of time.
The Participant(s) who have selected the correct answer shall be segregated into a separate pool, out of which 1(one) winner shall be randomly selected through a computerized selection process from the pool of segregated Participants who have provided the correct answer. RMPL shall, in its sole and exclusive discretion, declare the winner of the Contest on any date as RMPL may determine. It is hereinafter clarified that at no point in time shall the Contest or any part thereof be considered as a lottery under the applicable laws.
RMPL shall, in its sole and exclusive discretion, provide 1(one) Rajasthan Royals fan replica jersey as a prize to the Participant who is selected as a winner. The Participant shortlisted as a winner shall be sent a confirmation e-mail by RMPL ("Confirmation E-mail"). The shortlisted Participant shall be required to respond to the Confirmation E-mail within 24(twenty-four) hours ("Acceptance E-mail"), with their address details for dispatching the prize, failing which the shortlisted Participant shall forfeit their prize. RMPL shall have the right to verify the information submitted by such Participant before providing the prize to the Participant.
Details of the prize for the winner shall be as per the terms and conditions set out in the Terms.RMPL reserves all rights to alter and/or cancel the Contest and/or prize at any point of time. RMPL reserves the sole discretion to determine the type, quantity, and/or any other specifications of the prize, as well as the frequency at which RMPL may provide the relevant prize to the winning Participant at its sole discretion.

The 'Where Were You at 14' contest is a fan engagement and rewards programme ("Contest")which shall be conducted by RMPL through RMPL's official WhatsApp account i.e +91 91529 74250 ("RR WhatsApp") and RMPL's website ("RR Website"), from May 1, 2025, to May 18, 2025 ("Term").
In order to participate in the Contest, the fan shall be required to access RR WhatsApp and shall be required to submit the prefilled keyword "VAIBHAV" to RR's WhatsApp account, in order to trigger a registration prompt, from 12:00 AM, May 1, 2025, to 11: 59 PM, May 13, 2025 ("Entry Period"). RMPL reserves the sole discretion to amend the Entry Period. After submitting the keyword, the fan will be required to access the relevant link to the contest page in the manner specified by RMPL during the Entry Period.
The Participant will have to log in/ sign up on the RR Website and submit their Participant Information. The Participant(s) will be required to submit their name, city, state, email and any other such information ("Participant Information") on the RR Website, or in any other manner which shall be required by RMPL.
Pursuant to submitting the relevant Participant Information and completing their registration on the RR Website, the Participant may proceed to submit 1(one) entry via the RR Website("Entry"), wherein the Participant shall be required to submit a text, a photo or a video pertaining to what the Participant was doing when they were 14 years old. The Participant will thereafter receive confirmation about the submission of the Participant(s) entry from RMPL. RMPL reserves the sole right and discretion to amend the submission criteria, timelines, and process for conducting the Contest at any point of time.
The Participant(s) who have submitted completed Entries to RMPL shall be segregated into a separate pool, out of which 1(one) winner shall be randomly selected through a computerized selection process from the pool of segregated Participants who have submitted completed Entries. RMPL shall, in its sole and exclusive discretion, declare the winner of the Contest on any date as RMPL may determine. It is hereinafter clarified that at no point in time shall the Contest or any part thereof be considered as a lottery under the applicable laws.
The Participant(s) hereby agree and acknowledge that the Participant(s) shall at all times and under all circumstances refrain from the usage of any language, terms, graphical, audio-visual or other representations (including without limitation speeches, defamatory reviews and defamatory and offensive emails, messages and public statements) which would result in any loss, harm, damage or disrepute to the reputation and the brand name carried by RMPL (including its affiliates, associated entities, shareholders, directors, staff and employees) as a part of their entries and any activities pertaining to the Contest and RMPL.
RMPL shall, in its sole discretion, select 1(one) Participant as the winner of the Contest. The winning Participant shall receive an opportunity to attend the Rajasthan Royals match against Punjab Kings XI ("RR Match"), along with another person, as per the winner's discretion("Guest"), pursuant to verification of the winning Participant's entry and all information sought by RMPL. The Guest should fulfill the eligibility criteria of becoming a Participant, as mentioned in the General Terms and Conditions for the Contest. The winning Participant and Guest must be available from May 15, 2025, to May 20, 2025 ("Event Dates"), in order to attend the RR Match, which has been scheduled for May 16, 2025. RMPL reserves the sole discretion to alter the Event Dates at its discretion. The following inclusions shall be included as a part of the prize provided by RMPL as per the following terms, subject to RMPL's discretion:
- RMPL shall book paid round trip economy flight tickets for the winning Participant and the Guest to and from the nearest airport to the residence of the winning Participant and Jaipur during the Event Dates. RMPL reserves the sole discretion to determine the relevant airline and price of the relevant flight tickets for this trip.
- RMPL shall book and pay for one standard room for the winning Participant and Guest at a hotel of RMPL's discretion for a one night two day stay in Jaipur during the relevant Event Dates. RMPL reserves the sole discretion to determine the room, category, inclusions, hotel, and location of the relevant hotel in Jaipur for the stay of the winning Participant and Guest during the Event Dates.
- RMPL shall provide two match tickets for the RR Match, which shall be conducted in Jaipur during the Event Dates, to the winning Participant and the Guest. RMPL reserves the sole discretion to determine the price and category of the tickets for the RR Match in Jaipur.
The Participant(s) shortlisted as winner(s) shall be sent a confirmation e-mail by RMPL ("Confirmation E-mail"). The shortlisted Participant(s) shall be required to respond to the Confirmation E-mail within 24(twenty-four) hours ("Acceptance E-mail"), with their address details for dispatching the prize(s), failing which the shortlisted Participant(s) shall forfeit their prize(s). RMPL shall, before providing the prize(s) to the Participant(s), have the right to verify the information submitted by such Participant(s).
Details of the prize(s) for the winner(s) shall be as per the terms and conditions set out in the Terms.RMPL reserves all rights to alter and/or cancel the Contest and/or prize(s) at any point of time. RMPL reserves the sole discretion to determine the type, quantity, and/or any other specifications of the prize(s), as well as the frequency at which RMPL may provide the relevant prize(s) to the winning Participant(s) at its sole discretion.
By submitting their Entries, the Participants hereby provide RMPL with the right to publish the names, photos, videos or such other audio-visual content provided by and/or of the relevant Participant(s) of the Contest as a part of any promotional and marketing activity across all RMPL platforms and channels, as per RMPL's sole discretion.

The ‘Minimalist x Rajasthan Royals – Diwali Digital Scavenger Hunt/Treasure Hunt’ contest is a fan engagement and rewards programme (“Contest”) which shall be conducted by RMPL through RMPL’s official WhatsApp account i.e., +91 91529 74250 (“RR WhatsApp”), from October 15, 2025, to October 22, 2025 (“Term”).
In order to participate in the Contest, the Participant(s) shall be required to access RR WhatsApp accountand shall be required to submit the keyword “Diwali” to RR’s WhatsApp account, in order to trigger a participation prompt, from 12:00 AM, October 15, 2025, to 11: 59 PM, October 22, 2025 (“Entry Period”). RMPL reserves the sole discretion to amend the Entry Period. After submitting the keyword, the fan will be required to select their preferred language from the options provided by RMPL (i.e, English or Hindi) in which the fan wishes to participate in the Contest during the Entry Period(“Participant”). RMPL reserves the sole right to determine the languages in which the Contest shall be conducted at all times.
Pursuant to the Participant selecting their preferred language, the RR WhatsApp interaction will display the first Contest question along with multiple-choice answer options, of which only one option can be selected. To proceed, the Participant must select the correct answer by clicking on the correct option. RMPL shall have sole discretion in determining the correct answer(s) to all Contest questions. If an incorrect option is selected, the Participant will be automatically redirected to the same question and prompted to submit an alternate response. Only upon selecting and submitting the correct answer will the Participant be prompted to click on the relevant "Tag Word," after which the RR WhatsApp interaction will display the next Contest question.
Upon selecting and submitting the correct answer, the Participant will be prompted to click on the relevant "Tag Word," following which the RR WhatsApp interaction shall display the next Contest question in a multiple-choice format, of which only one option can be selected. For each question, only after submitting the correct answer and clicking the corresponding Tag Word will the subsequent question be made available, along with an image generated by RMPL in relation to the Contest. This process shall continue until all Contest questions have been correctly answered by the Participant. The Participant(s)are required to answer a series of four multiple-choice Contest questions, one at a time. RMPL reserves the right to change the number of questions or the order of questions at its sole discretion.
Once all the responses to the Contest questions have been submitted by the Participant(s), the Participant(s) shall receive a shareable digital poster. Thereafter the Participant(s) will be required to fill a participation form via WhatsApp, wherein they will have to submit their response to a skill-basedquestion and submit their name, gender, date of birth, city and any other such information (“Participant Information”) in the manner which shall be specified by RMPL. Submission of the completed participation form along with the required details within the Entry Period shall constitute a valid and completed entry for the Contest (“Entry”). The Participant(s) expressly agree and acknowledge that such Participant Information may be shared by RMPL with its affiliates, associated entities, for the purposes of prize fulfilment, and promotional activities in relation to the Contest. RMPL reserves the sole right and discretion to amend the submission criteria, timelines and process for conducting the Contest at any point of time.
The Participant(s) who have answered all Contest questions correctly on their first attempt and havesubmitted completed Entries to RMPL shall be segregated into a separate pool, out of which 10 (ten) winners shall be randomly selected through a computerized selection process from the pool of shortlistedParticipants as specified above. The winning Participant(s) may win 1 (one) full-sized bat signed by a RR player or support staff, along with 1(one) gift hamper each, pursuant to verification of the winning Participant’s entry and all information sought by RMPL. RMPL shall have the sole discretion to determine the number of winners of the Contest, the manner of selection of the relevant winners, and the prizes to be provided to such winners, which shall include without limitation the components of such prizes and the relevant person(s) whose signatures shall be provided on the relevant bats.
The Participant(s) hereby agree and acknowledge that the Participant(s) shall at all times and under all circumstances refrain from the usage of any language, terms, graphical, audio-visual or other representations (including without limitation speeches, defamatory reviews and defamatory and offensive emails, messages and public statements) which would result in any loss, harm, damage or disrepute to the reputation and the brand name carried by RMPL (including its affiliates, associated entities, shareholders, directors, staff and employees) as a part of their entries and any activities pertaining to the Contest and RMPL.
RMPL shall, in its sole and exclusive discretion, declare and announce the winner of the Contest on any date as RMPL may determine. It is hereinafter clarified that at no point in time shall the Contest or any part thereof be considered as a lottery under the applicable laws. The Participant(s) will have to answer all questions correctly through WhatsApp on their mobile phones only.
The Participant(s) shortlisted as winner(s) shall be sent a confirmation message/email by RMPL via WhatsApp and/or email (“Confirmation Message”), as per RMPL’s discretion. The shortlisted Participant(s) shall be required to respond to the Confirmation Message within 24(twenty-four) hours (“Acceptance Message”), with their email, address details for dispatching the prize and any other details requested by RMPL, failing which the shortlisted Participant(s) shall forfeit their prize. The winning Participant(s) shall not engage in any form of conduct and/or make statements which shall result in a breach of the Terms at all times. RMPL also reserves the sole discretion to alter/cancel the Prize at its convenience throughout the Term.
The Participant(s) shortlisted for winning the prize respectively, shall be required to ensure that they have paid the relevant taxes and costs, if any, in the manner specified for the respective prize(s) to RMPL, in addition to providing sufficient proof of payment to RMPL on WhatsApp and/or email as specified by RMPL, within the timeline specified by RMPL in the relevant Confirmation Message(s). Failure to comply with this requirement by the relevant Participant shall result in the forfeiture of their prize. RMPL reserves all rights to alter and/or cancel the Contest and/or any and all prize(s) under this Contest at any point of time.
All rights, title, and interest in and to all content, materials, and intellectual property created, developed, or generated in connection with the Contest (“Contest Content”) shall vest solely with RMPL. For clarity, all pre-existing intellectual property of Uprising Science Private Limited (“Minimalist”) shall remain the exclusive property of Minimalist. RMPL shall have the exclusive right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, distribute, and exploit the Contest Content in any manner and through any media, without any further consent or compensation to the Participants.
