RR AUCTION CONTEST

    • The Contest (defined hereinafter) is a fan engagement skill based contest launched by Royal Multisport Private Limited ("RMPL"), that will be conducted between 18thNovember, 2024 to 22nd November, 2024, as per RMPL’s discretion, in specifically in relation to the player auction conducted for the Season 18 of the Indian Premier League ("IPL") which is being held in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia ("Auction") on November 24, 2024 and November 25, 2024.
    • The fans shall have the right to participate in the Rajasthan Royals Auction Contest ("Contest"), subject to the fulfilment of the following conditions ("Participant"):
      • The Participant isa person of sound mind;
      • The Participant is at least 18 (eighteen) years of age or shall be accompanied by a legal representative who is 18 years of age or above.
      • The Participant must be a resident of one of the Gulf Cooperation Council ("GCC") countries and/or Yemen (collectively referred to as the "GCC-Y") and must possess government-issued identification as proof of address.
    • The Participant shall register for the Contest by providing personal details and information as reflected in government-issued identity proofs, including but not limited to name, age, gender, e-mail address, contact number, a valid address of the Participant in one of the GCC countries and/or in Yemen by submitting their contact details on the RMPL website in order to considered eligible to participate in the Contest.
    • The Participant will be required to submit their contact details to RMPL between 18thNovember, 2024 to 22nd November, 2024 ("Phase 1"). It is hereinafter clarified that no persons shall be allowed to register for the Contest after the conclusion of Phase 1. Pursuant to the successful validation of the personal details submitted by the Participant in Phase 1, the Participant will be required to submit their responses to a skill based questionnaire, that may be determined by RMPL in its sole discretion, which will be provided by RMPL to the relevant Participants between 22nd November, 2024 to 24th November, 2024 in accordance with the instructions issued by RMPL ("Phase 2"). It is hereinafter clarified that the fans shall be permitted to provide only a single response for each of the questions. RMPL shall, in its sole and exclusive discretion, shall analyse and evaluate the answers and declare the relevant number of winners of the Contest. Such winners shall be selected from amongst the Participants who have successfully submitted their responses to the questionnaire submitted by the Participants in Phase 2 of the Contest, and therefore eligible to participate in the Contest, solely as per RMPL’s discretion. RMPL shall, in its sole and exclusive discretion issue prizes and rewards to the Participants who are selected as winners.
    • As a Participant, by participating in the Contest, you shall be bound by these terms and conditions ("Terms") and all such other policies, rules, regulations and terms of use referred to herein or may be prescribed by RMPL and such all other policies, rules, regulations and terms of use referred to herein or may be prescribed by RMPL.
    • The Participant acknowledges and agrees that RMPL shall not be responsible for or liable to reimburse any expenses incurred by the Participant in connection with travel, lodging, or other related arrangements made for participation in the Contest. All such costs and expenses shall be solely borne by the Participant, and RMPL shall have no obligation to provide any support or compensation in this regard.
    • RMPL shall have the right, at any time throughout the term of the Contest, to verify the details provided by each Participant. In case any details of any Participant cannot be verified or in case any details are incomplete, then RMPL will have the sole right to disqualify such Participant from the Contest.
    • In order to be eligible to claim the rewards and prizes offered by RMPL, the Participant would be required to provide the relevant responses and details in Phase 1 and Phase 2 of the Contest, as may be sought and decided by RMPL and its representatives, at their sole and exclusive discretion. The decision of RMPL and its representatives shall be final and binding on all Participants. By providing the relevant details in Phase 1, the relevant Participant is providing express consent for RMPL and its affiliates to use these personal details for their promotional and commercial purposes and any other purpose that RMPL may deem fit subject to applicable laws.
    • Pursuant to the Participant submitting their details as a part of the Contest, RMPL shall, in its sole and exclusive discretion issue prizes and rewards to the relevant number of Participants as per RMPL’s discretion. It is hereby clarified that each Participant may receive a maximum of 1(one) reward throughout the duration of the Contest. In case RMPL becomes aware that any Participant has provided more than one entry through different methods, both the Participants would be disqualified by RMPL.
    • RMPL shall, at any time during the term of the Contest and in its sole and exclusive discretion, be entitled to change, alter, amend or modify the terms and conditions relating to providing of prizes to the winners and relating to this Contest.
    • RMPL reserves the right to upload and post the names, photos, videos or such other audio-visual content of the winners of the Contest and undertake any activity including any promotion and marketing activity as RMPL may, in its sole discretion, deem fit, across all RMPL platforms and channels.
    • The Participant hereby explicitly provides its consent to RMPL, as may be required under the relevant applicable laws of one of GCC countries of which their resident of and/or of Yemen, to collect, utilise, exploit, share and store such data and personal information relating to the Participant. In addition to the aforesaid, the Participant further provides consents to receive promotional updates and any other form of electronic communications including but not limited to by way of pop-ups, notifications, e-mails, WhatsApp notifications, messages, etc. from RMPL.
    • RMPL shall ensure that the collection, handling, storage, processing and disposal of all Participant information shall be in conformance to the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its ancillary regulations ("IT Act") and applicable data protection laws in relation to the Contest, and shall accordingly observe all statutory safeguards and practices in compliance to the data protection laws under the relevant provisions of the IT Act and applicable data protection laws while implementing practical technical and organizational measures to protect such information against any unauthorized access. Any Participant information provided by the Participant to RMPL shall be utilized for the purposes mentioned in the Terms during the relevant Contest.
    • RMPL shall store the Participant Information in conformance with the applicable law and shall accordingly observe all statutory safeguards and practices in the collection, processing and handling of all Participant Information including compliance to the data protection laws by implementing practical technical and organizational measures to protect such Participant Information against any unauthorized access.
    • RMPL shall not be liable for any injury, disability, any loss or damage to person or property associated with the Participant’s participation in the Contest, howsoever arising.
    • The Participant shall be solely liable for any injury, disability loss or damage to person or property at the Auction venue, which arises in connection with the Participant’s participation in the
    • The Participant acknowledges and understands that RMPL, will always be bound by and will be subject to the rules/regulations/ directives/ decisions of IPL/Board for Control of Cricket in India ("BCCI")/ International Cricket Council ("ICC") and/or any other concerned cricket governing body and/or any court/arbitrator/tribunal orders, rules/decisions/directives of government and quasi-governmental bodies. Thus, these Terms and the performance of the obligations of the Participant and RMPL pursuant to these terms shall be subject to the rules/regulations/ directives/ decisions of IPL/ BCCI/ ICC.
    • The Participant further undertakes and acknowledges that RMPL shall be the owner of and shall retain all intellectual property rights over the Contest, and any other content, information and documentation disclosed in connection with the Participant’s participation in the Contest.
    • The Participant further undertake to comply with all such other protocols as may be prescribed by the Government of the their respective GCC countries and/or Yemen, BCCI, ICC and RMPL to ensure the health and safety of all the participants. All respective compliances, approvals and actions to be taken by the Participant to participate in the Contest and receive the prizes are the complete responsibility of the Participant and RMPL is in no way liable for the same.
    • RMPL may, at its sole and exclusive discretion have the right to terminate and/or suspend the Participant and restrict his participation in the Contest:
      • if the Participant provides unauthorized access to any third person to participate in the Contest for and on behalf of the Participant;
      • if the Participant makes any false claim for eligibility to avail rewards and entitlements;
      • if the Participant, through his actions and conduct causes any loss, harm, damage or disrepute to the reputation and the brand name carried by RMPL and/or the RR Team;
      • if the Participant violates any of the terms and conditions laid down in these Terms or any policies, rules, regulations, orders or codes of the BCCI;
      • if the Participants provides any information which is found to be false, inaccurate or misleading;
      • if the Participant misrepresents any information to RMPL that damages or brings disrepute to the reputation and the brand name carried by RMPL and/or the RR Team;
      • if the Participant is involved in any illegal or prohibited activity including any activity regarded as betting, gambling, wagering under applicable laws of India and applicable laws of either of the GCC countries and/or Yemen;
      • and/or any other reason that causes harm to RMPL or the RR Team due to the Participant’s actions.
    • The Participant hereby agrees and acknowledges that the Participant shall at all times and under all circumstances refrain from the usage of any language, terms, graphical, audio-visual or other representations (including speeches, defamatory reviews and defamatory and offensive emails, messages and public statements) which would result in any loss, harm, damage or disrepute to the reputation and the brand name carried by RMPL (including its affiliates, associated entities, shareholders, directors, staff and employees). The Participant further agrees that in the event that the Participant undertakes the usage of any language or representations which result in loss or disrepute to the reputation of RMPL (including its affiliates, associated entities, shareholders, directors, staff and employees), RMPL would be entitled to take such actions as would be considered appropriate including a breach of the terms of these Terms.
    • It is hereby clarified that RMPL shall not be liable for any loss, damage or destruction suffered on account of any delay or disruption in the Contest and/or inability of the Participant to participate or avail the rewards on account of occurrence of any force majeure event including but not limited to unavailability of any communication system, sabotage, fire, flood, explosion, accident, acts of God, civil commotion, pandemic, strikes or industrial action of any kind, riots, insurrection, war, pandemic, terrorism, or the cancellation or rescheduling of the Auction or IPL.
    • In the event of a breach of the terms and conditions set out under these Terms by any such Participant, RMPL may take any such action, as deemed appropriate, including (without limitation to) taking all or any of the following actions:
      • Immediate suspension of the Participant from the Contest;
      • Filing of any suit, claim for damages or take any legal action available against the Participant for breach of the terms of these Terms; and
      • To undertake any and all such actions and remedies as may be available to RMPL under applicable law including filing a suit for claim for damages resulting from any losses suffered from the actions of the Participant in derogation of the terms and conditions of these Terms.
    • The rewards and prizes receivable by a Participant shall be non-transferable and non-assignable to any person other than the Participant.
    • The rewards and prizes receivable by a Participant shall not be exchangeable for any other goods, services or cash.
    • RMPL shall not be responsible for the size, quality, warranty, reliability or performance of the prizes and rewards awarded to the Participant.
    • It is hereby clarified that RMPL may, at any point of time and without any prior notice or intimation to users or Participants, discontinue or modify this Contest.
    • The provisions of these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws. In the event any disputes arise between RMPL and the Participant in connection with these Terms, that cannot otherwise be amicably resolved between the parties, such dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Mumbai, India.
    • In the event any provisions of these Terms are deemed as illegal or unenforceable under the provisions of any applicable law in force in the relevant territory, the remaining clauses under these Terms (and any terms and conditions contained hereunder) shall continue to remain and have full force and effect unless such illegality and unenforceability violates the very basis of these Terms.
