Manoj Badale is the Co-Owner of Rajasthan Royals. He is also the co-founder of Blenheim Chalcot, the UK’s leading venture builder, that specialises in building digital businesses with portfolio sales of over £300m, over 3,000 employees, and a successful track record of over 40 companies across IT services and software platforms, financial services, education and media.
Manoj is Chairman of The British Asian Trust. He was also Chairman of Operation Smile UK for over ten years, and a founding Trustee of the Technology Trust.
Manoj has an MA in economics from Emmanuel College, Cambridge University and was formerly a partner at Monitor Company where he spent time in the UK, Germany and India.
Ranjit Barthakur is an entrepreneur with over 35 years of experience in managing and leading companies in a wide range of industries, including Fast Moving Consumer Goods, Telecommunications, Tourism, Technology, Outsourcing and Healthcare.
In addition to being the Chairman of Global Managed Services (GMS) and the Chief Architect of the thought process behind the theme of Naturenomics TM, Ranjit is also the co-founder of several initiatives like agriculture promotion, Nature First (focused on restoring the balance between nature through land, energy, waste, water, air and, carbon) and River Journeys and Bungalows of India (a nature-based tourism business). GMS is currently engaged with various Tata Group Companies.
Ranjit joined the Board of Mount Everest Mineral Water Limited as an Independent Director in September 2008. He also serves as an advisor to several Government and Private Enterprises in pursuit of healthcare services, environmental issues, tourism and social transformation.
