India vs Sri Lanka - Count down has started :

Indian cricket team will tour Sri Lanka for 5 ODI matches and 1 T20 match.

The 1st ODI is on 22nd July 2012 and count down has began..

In the absence of Sachin Tendulkar, Virender Sehwag may be accompanied by ROYALS opener "Ajinkya Rahane".. This series will be a great platform for debutant Ajinkya Rahne to exhibit his talent and help India by giving solid opening start..
India has good middle-order and best batting line-up in the world with the likes of Rohit Sharma, Virat Kohli, Suresh Raina and MS Dhoni..

Ajinkya Rahane and Rohit Sharma has returned from West Indies 'A' series. Both players had an average batting statistics during the India 'A' and West Indies 'A' series.

Good news in Pragyan Ohja made a come back and managed to book his place in Indian team after 2 years..!!! Surprisingly Rajendra Jadeja has not been picked for bilateral series..

Indian bowling department will be lead by bowling spearhead Zaheer Khan. Along with him Umesh Yadav and Vinay Kumar may share the ball. Spinners Ravichandran Ashwin, Pragyan Ohja and Rahul Sharma can be handy in sub-continent pitches.
