What Went Wrong vs. MI and Lessons for Match Against RCB
Toss: In the last Day-Night match played at SMS, South Africa was able to make 298 while chasing 299 against India. This gave Warne the impression that this pitch is suitable for chasing. In my opinion the current weather conditions, opponent's strength should have been given the priority rather than the history of pitch. Putting a team that has best bowling attack to defend a score was a big mistake. In IPL season-1 the winning momentum was going with RR like a rocket, so these kinds of experimentations were acceptable but in my opinion match against MI was not the right time for this experiment. Kumble also did same mistake against DC and I am sure both the legend leg-spinners will be double careful with their decision on winning toss in the match which is kind of quarter-final for both of them.
Too much dependency on Y Pathan: Pathan wasn't exposed till 10th over waiting for the platform that would be suitable for him to perform. The batsmen who went before him didn't take risks assuming that we have to save the wicket so that Pathan can come and score the runs. He came, but couldn't perform. When he got out, this put the team under belief that we can no more win from this situation, which is not very good for the team. In my opinion, Y Pathan should be considered as other players in the team viz. Fazal, Jhunjhunwala and Ojha. It will not only reduce the pressure from him but also make other batsmen more responsible.
Anti-support: There was huge support for Sachin Tendulkar and apparently MI in the SMS Stadium, everybody wanted to see Sachin performing. When MI innings got over, 25% of the crowd had gone; this was very disheartening to see. Furthermore, at the presentation ceremony Sachin didn

Re: What Went Wrong vs. MI and Lessons for Match Against RCB
There is only one reason for the loss. Dole dropped the catch.
RR is not able to take pressure when team batting first makes more than 160. If Mumbai would have made around 160 RR could have chansed it easily in 15-16 overs.
It's the pressure that is killing us guys.

We think that Sunil is saying right, when we won the toss what was the need to boll first.
Also, when dole dropped the catch we were shocked. On one side enjoying sachin's play on the other hand was worried regarding RR's win.
Pissed off by RR's play after four hour of struggle to enter the stadium. God help us tommorow.
We will again go & watch RR win against Bangaloorooooooooooooooo!!!!!!!!!!
